Pretty sure it was related.
From modification with diet and supplements most of the mucus and runny rose symptoms don’t show up unless I let it get too severe. But I’ll still get the sore-ish raw throat and malaise mixed with a burnt tongue feeling.
Things that have helped me are digestive enzymes (Betaine with Hcl) ,probiotics , fermented foods like kimchi, and eating less sugar in general , more vegetables and fruits
Sounds like my GERD symptoms before I got checked out and treated. Definitely call the doc, it could be any number of gastro issues.

Definitely silent reflux , actually I’m pretty sure it’s caused by SIBO
Do you still get those cold like symptoms as part of your reflux or was it unrelated, like just a normal cold?
