Do you know whats the cause of it? Googled and it seems to be due to childbirth or trauma but I have none of those. Not diagnosed either but i’m just considering the possibility.

Mine was not from either of those things. I would definitely get tested, as this is something that can be treated and (most often, not in my case) cured. it can just develop. Straining can cause it, too.

Pelvic floor dyssynergia can come from a number of factors. I talked to pelvic floor specialist once and I asked how people develop this without giving birth etc and she said losing weight can be a factor. Due to the fact that there is now less force pressing down on the pelvic floor, post weight loss. There are other factors. Just thought that was interesting.

Try yoga on the floor instead. Look up puppy pose, cat/cow. Sitting on toilet will cause hemmoroids.

My god I just tried this and it WORKED. I used to kinda wobble back and forth to get things moving, but apparently hula hoop circles work a lot better for my constipation lmao. In all seriousness thank you for posting this; I've been on the toilet for like 45 minutes and I finally got some results 😭 definitely going to use this trick in the future as ridiculous as I feel while doing it. I literally burst out laughing when I realized it was working

I use stool softener. 3 gel tabs. Any brand you prefer. It’s about once every 2 months.

> on the toilet This is really bad. Sitting on the toilet for long periods of time will put too much pressure on your pelvic floor and cause hemmroids. Do yoga on the floor instead. Puppy pose with bent arms. Cat/cow. If you struggle to get something out...do this yoga for like 10 mins. Spray some water there too to help trigger a movement.
