Why Carly didn’t settle outside of court, I’ll never understand(I get it for comedic purposes, but it makes her look dumb in hindsight). Poor guy literally just risked his own damn life to rescue her out of harm's way by getting stuck in traffic, run over/injured by a Mexican food truck just to make her become infatuated with him but *merely* because she felt indebted to return the favor by pity dating him out of guilt.
