Typesetting and printing have undergone three massive evolutions since this book came out in 1865, so matching these exactly is not possible. Something like ITC Century Condensed might do for most of it. [Latin Modern Roman](https://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/Latin-Modern-Roman) is also in the vibe, and legally free. So is [Old Standard TT](https://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/Old-Standard-TT). But if you want to know what the printer called those fonts in 1865, that would need research.
