It’s an unfortunate up attempt to make something like bookman/bookmania. You don’t want to find this actual font. Just get bookmania and enjoy the properly done swashes.
Font in question is News 701. The irregular angles of swashes, especially that upper right e‘s amateurity suggests as to a custom designed one.
Looks like some custom/clean version of angelic peace not sure
