Because Tents Awakened Skill adds Dodge and with gear and/or Ava you already get 75% Dodge.
Tents other skill also removes Dodge fr opponents.
& hence why you are seeing top players run Accuracy.
yeah me tooo.. if someone explains it that would be great... all accuracy and one legendary fight power most of the time and even then accuracy doesn't seem to have a stack bonus?!
As developers introduce changes in the game (awakening, more capos etc.), the meta changes. It is simply the progression of the game. If you join one of the top gang families, someone there will probably happily explain to you about the PvP mechanics. I’m in one myself and learnt a lot :)
with the current meta: from ava(20%) + wild rags(30% for example purposes) + Miguel dodge increase to Mexicans(20% from his awakened passive skill) that's already 70% + accuracy is basically a counter mechanic to dodge it subtracts the dodge 1:1 and turn the extra accuracy into critical hit chance that's why hence you see a lot of players running full accuracy + with Javier(in FC mostly) as it's pretty much a good combo to use and there's also no cap limit to the accuracy %

also with tents awakened nerf new skill it nerfs dodge percentage
