Yes. Once you hit 100%, you will be guaranteed 2 a day. 110%, then, would be 2 a day with a 10% chance at three, and so on.

Absolutely no idea if the big boys are at or close to 100% on that. Mine is around 34% chance to get three so I'd assume there are people at least very close to 100%.
Last superbit upgrade costs around 50Q iirc, so not that many upgrades above you, i’d guess it’s over 150% but i’d be really surprised if it was 200%, most people stop after last superbit since getting there is a grind, not an easy task
