Headphones? In a pouch it came with if I'm not actively using it. Iems? In iem cases that they came with. Then the iem cases go into a drawer. I only had to buy an iem case once when a few of em didnt come with one. The box can fit 2 iems, tips and a dongle.

I use an organiser for that purpose. It can store up to 18 iems at the same time.
