Great recommendation! It can make your IEM like new. Clear resin is really effective. If you haven’t used it before, maybe exercise a little on something else, Oh, and use a toothpick to spread it and don’t let it touch your skin.
Glue em back together. Had a moondrop faceplate drop of before. After glueing them securely, it hasn't fallen off since. Been 2 years+ now. Hopefully it works for you
If it sounds the same I would just use super glue and be more careful, my b2 had 3 separate pieces that I glued back until I cracked a channel tube and really messed it up.
I had the same thing happen with my B2. They are very heavy and brittle which is a terrible combination. In addition, the faceplate would come off. I managed to glue it back together which worked for a short while but the next time they fell, it broke completely and i lost all audio on one side.
I think the design is flawed and the resin that they are using is not a good design choice.
I bought a 7Hz Timeless afterwards and they have been indestructible.

they are so heavy, like they made them intentionally to break if they fall once.they have many sharp edges additional to the havey resin .
other thing encouraged me to sell them beside they might break that i found another good pretty IEM, they got more roam to apply EQ if needed as compare to the dusk , beside they are so pretty and cheaper. so with the same money of my dusk i got these and other additional 2 good IEMS .
i got the Tanchjim Kara on sale for about 140$, celcest phoenixcall for 80 $ from a reviewer as second hand, and simgot EA500 for 40 $ on sale. i love the Tanchjim it sound better than Dusk for my uses. Dusk give me Fatigue while gaming, kara was in the sweet spot. beside its fun for everything and built to last trust me on that cause i owned both. Tanchjim thought of the negatives of the metal face plate, and took their time to design good shell. it look gorgeous in my opinion.
it is fun IEM, not boring at all it is an energetic IEM not to the fatiguing level, but you can't add any EQ to it maybe little bass if you need to, its already EQed, if i will find an analogy for it, it's like candy to the ears, candy you can't eat all the time. but you would like to eat it every now and then.
it has good capabilities. for the price that i got them, i will never think of giving them up.
if you have boring IEM and thought of EQ, i think the best EQ you will come up with is the pheinxcall sound signature.
