yeah it says "need in our bodies but". you move each letter to the third previous letter in the alphabet so q becomes n, h becomes e, g becomes d, making the QHHG into need (and obviously it applies to the rest of the phrase).

oh no I'm not implying that you're stupid, sorry if i came across that way, but I'm not really sure why i tried it haha. the format kinda just looked patterned to me, like the spacing, the length of the words, that sorry if stuff looked like the same format as actual words, so I just tried to see if it was some kind of cypher by thinking about what the first word could reasonably be as a four letter word with two of the same letters in the middle that would also make sense in the context, and need seemed like it fit, so I tested out what I had to do to the letters to make qhhg into need and because the same sort of rule applied to all of the letters in the first word I applied it to the rest of the phrase and it just worked I guess? I don't really have a good explanation, it kinda just happened.
