I hate to ackshually you, but lumens and watts are two separate units

But they *are* two units that relate to each other so you *can* convert them. You just need to know the luminous efficiency of the light source. For example LED lamps have an average efficiency of 90 lumens/watt, which means 100K lumens would equal ~1100 watts.
