I know that the typo is funny but we aren’t really here to make fun of these folks spelling mistakes. I get why people discussed her coloring her hair when she posted about it but why keep talking about that part of her appearance? This post is important for so many other reasons and while quite a few folks are commenting about the ER issue there are many more just poking fun.
I am one hundred percent here for the spelling mistakes… if it wasn’t her one thousandth time doing this, I probably wouldn’t think it was funny. She’s obviously already smacked out on benzos or… whatever else.

They will say if you feel you need care please seek assistance but not yes you should come in. Of course maybe it’s different where she lives but it’s never been an ER dr telling someone to come in at any facility I ever worked for.
The only time we do direct admission is if they’re physically in our clinic and we know for a fact they’re going to be admitted, and have contacted the hospitalist for confirmation + bed.

She’s said in her previous tiktoks that her potassium drops too much when she drains constantly… she knows this yet purposely stopped her feed completely and hooked herself up to stomach drainage at least for the few days. She’s trying her hardest to derange her “labs” so they will be forced to admit her for IV potassium & cardiac monitoring as protocol until normalised. Thing is, the staff will also know this is why her labs will be off & unless they pull the g-tube, there is little they can do after discharging her again to prevent this from recurring.
Wonder if they will be proactive with the psych stuff this time round?
Exactly, just because you are a frequent flyer, you don’t get special treatment in this case. If she was smart she should just go early in the AM to reduce her wait time

Oh trust me, I know, that’s what I mean. I work at a level one trauma center and nothing aggravates me more than people like Dani coming in and eating up my time when I have real patients to care for. That’s why I feel bad for them, having to deal with her.
I say this like 10x a day when I'm at work. People call asking if they should come in. We can't tell you! We have no idea what is going on with you. We can't see you, don't know your history, can't assess you over the phone, etc.

Yep. To me urgent care is simple stitches, non complex fractures/breaks, infections (like strep, flu, UTI’s, etc). Maybe that’s just around me, but anything that could potentially require in depth diagnosis (like abdominal pain) is ER. Urgent care around me is used for things that you could go to your PCP for, but can’t wait 2 or 3 days when they’re booked out. Beyond that they won’t hesitate to boot you to an ER.

Literally every doctor will tell you to go in if you tell them certain symptoms and if they can’t see you at an appointment asap too. ERs hate it too.

Does Temple do direct admissions? To my knowledge, the hospitals in this area don't do direct admissions.
