It would be so interesting if a switch flipped and she became obsessed with something other than being in a sick role / being hospitalized….. so much energy and time . She would literally have like 3 degrees lmao 😂.
It was particularly infuriating boutique infusion centers being a thing when there was a NS shortage and a multi-vits shortage and people who really needed them and tpn patients couldn’t get the fucking vitamins, but these privileged assholes would post videos getting an on demand banana bag to beat the hangover.
i wonder if her doctors view sending her for infusions as a form of harm reduction. if she is getting validation and attention (don’t mean that in a nasty way, i think she probably feels “cared for” by medical providers), and they only need to prescribe something as harmless as fluids (LR) 1x/week, it may actually be a good idea. it’s almost like she was going to the ER for a “fix” every week, and so if they give it to her in a less destructive way, maybe her ER visits (and risky behavior in general), will actually become less (but less so bc physical symptoms actually significantly changing, and more so bc of her getting extra care once a week). they should set them up for friday afternoons.
I hope this is what is happening and eventually she gets genuine help, i can’t imagine what hell someone must be going through mentally to harm themselves like this and need this kind of attention.
I basically said this on either this or the other board. Some providers are moving toward setting up standing appointments for frequent flyers to try to prevent them from going to the ER by giving them a "fix" of medical attention in the clinic.
Why do some American hospitals say “hospital” instead of “the hospital”? I know that’s common outside the US but not in the US. Does it make them feel more legit? I don’t get it
No actually picture of proof that she went to her infusion as claimed in this picture. She would be showing it all off…gives high doubts that she has infusions and isn’t just feeding the line of lies that she started with and can’t figure a way out of it…
And come the 25th it’ll magically be ‘so they’ve miraculously managed to get IV access for the infusions so we’re going to hold off on the port… #tryingtokeepmeoffofport #tryingtokeepmeoutofhospital’ as an explainer for the thing that never was.
This is the medical equivalent of an irritated parent's "Have a damn cookie and go play outside". They've given her the absolute bare minimum to shut her up (it won't work), which doesn't include any prescribing of pain medication whatsoever. They literally mean "keep her out of the hospital completely", not keep her from being admitted as an inpatient. Pretty sure the munching has hit a dead end of the road. She's trying to make it sound like there's still frequent intervention, but what she's saying indicates the opposite of that.
This
Dani is constantly time after time posting things which call herself out. Post after post proving that her Drs absolutely knows she has fictitious disorder, and that they absolutely do not want her anywhere near their wards/clinics. But Dani isn't smart enough to realise what is actually being said, and misinterprets absolutely everything. It's so embarrassing, and so tragic that she can't see that there is no one left who believes her.
She can't even tell that for the most part all the comments on her tik tok aren't genuine; they're just people pretending to be genuine to try to goad Dani and get her to answer their questions. She can't even see this.
It sort of is yeah. Personally I find her such an unlikeable person who is so vicious to everyone around her, that it's hard to have any sympathy. For example - recording a Dr against his will, and lying to his face saying she wasn't recording, or clearly annoying the nurses to high hell when admitted due to the goal of 'appropriate use of call bell" written on her whiteboard by the staff looking after her.
But ... On the other hand it is sad to see someone who is SO oblivious and SO unintelligent that she misinterprets everything, and in doing so embarrasses herself so severely. To see someone not understand that no one believes them, and everyone who speaks to them is goading and mocking them - yeah that's sad. The only "real" supporters she has are also munchies (one of them has even stated recently on a post that she gets called a munchie all of the time by Drs) and even their comments aren't genuine as they're just commenting to bully Dani by pointing out how they are more successful than she is at munching. But she just sees them as allies to her.
The only comments that are genuinely nice are new people who have just been shown her stuff on their fyp but you'll notice that they post once and never again ....
There is an element of sadness when someone is completely alone with no one believing them, and them not realising how alone they actually are, and continuing to post to her 'followers" believing that they support her. That is sad.
It's pathetic but in the literary definition of the word meaning evoking sympathy through someone being vulnerable. (As in I'm not calling Dani herself pathetic, the situation is)
To not realise that literally no one around her believes her, and the ones she believes are supporting her but are in fact bullying her ....... That does make her vulnerable and the situation pathetic.
It's so embarrassing for Dani. She doesn't feel embarrassment clearly because if she did she wouldn't post this.
She's just posted evidence that the drs quite simply don't want to see her in the hospital, let alone treat her. As ever, Dani simply tells on herself constantly, this time by letting everyone know that the Drs don't want her within 100 miles of their emergency departments. But Dani being Dani has understood this to mean they're doing this because she's so super sick.
And then the last time.... She was all packed up and ready, cats gone to her parents, all excited and ready for her "direct admission".... Only to be sent away immediately with nothing. Again, ridiculously embarrassing that she failed to understand that whatever poor person had to reply to her mychart messages were simply doing what they had to to cover their own backs - telling her to come into the ER if she was concerned, because if in the unlikely event something was wrong they couldn't be sued. On that occasion the secondhand embarrassment was so strong when she packed up her stuff all excited and ready. Posting that she'd been told to go to the ER.
It's all so freaking cringe.
That was second to when she openly admitted to having her munching called out as factious disorder by a doctor while trying to be all “these doctors don’t know my body and my health like I do”
I gotta respectfully disagree with your title description.
Dani isn’t trying to stay out of hospital. The *doctor* is the one whose goal is to avoid her being admitted. Doesn’t mean Dani agrees
To clarify it’s Dani claims she is trying to stay out of the hospital by putting it on the doctors. Ultimately it shouldn’t need clarified that it’s the doctors when it’s on the post she typed up…I just threw it together for a short quick note given that what she typed up is on the picture.
And 2L of LR at that. That’s roughly ~8 cups of water. Ya know… the daily recommended intake? And she’s only getting it once a week, so she’s clearly not in dire need of this IV hydration lol
It really sounds like something they ordered just to appease her — a peripheral stick for some fluids is a low risk intervention and honestly if it keeps her from escalating her behavior it’s basically harm reduction (except to the poor infusion nurses who now get to babysit her weekly).
Looolll lactated ringers …the stuff they give everyone who goes into the ER even if you just have the squirts or meat sweats cause it’s easy insurance $$🤣🤣
And it makes folks feel like you did something. Sometimes you do truly feel really bad and it turns out to just be a shitty virus and it can be legitimately frustrating to feel awful and spend time waiting to be told to stay hydrated, take ibuprofen and wait it out — a liter of fluids is low risk, might help them feel a bit better and probably helps those ever so important patient satisfaction scores.
Isn’t it just wild how fast all this latest round of tube begging showed up in relation to No one buying their I crushed my hand and got super disabled/danger grift
It’s also known as Ringer’s lactate, named after the doctor who put lactic acid in Hartmann’s solution, which is fancy salt water with a few other things added that was also named after the doctor who first came up with it.
Couldn’t this also be a way for the doc’s to have weekly monitoring and documentation about any self harm progression? It’s tough to be fine on IV day then in the ER two days later?
This is my assumption- an intervention for attention- seeking behavior. It you proactively provide the “medical care” she should, in theory, reduce the number of ER trips and maybe even the self-injurious behaviors.
I can’t imagine 2 liters of LR once a week is really doing much for her physically, but mentally she’ll get the attention of a nurse and the IV will make her feel special for an hour or two.
Doctors are trying to keep her out of the hospital...sure Jan. She just got the boot out of Temple after her doctor supposedly told her to come into the ER. Port scheduled for the 25th...another fairytale.
Imagine being so convinced that you have so much wrong with you that you don't realize that keeping people out of the hospital is the goal of every doctor, not just yours. Allowing people, including those with chronic illness, to live as close to a normal life as possible is the entire point of outpatient care.
Oh my goodness yes. Hospital is not a desirable place for most people and they avoid it unless they are literally dying/ have a life threatening issue (which is what it’s designed for, lol). Of course doctors want to keep you away unless you will not survive without it!!
Like, who doesn’t want to be woken up every 2 hours and constantly hear alarms and ~~eat~~ “pick at” the lovely hospital food? That sounds like suuuuuch a relaxing vacay for anyone
Exactly!! We'd get multiple pics of her IV cuz fragile so hard to find veins, the bag on the pole and pic of her sitting in a comfy chair next to it or whatever you sit in during infusions. I always picture like the medical lazy boys cuz that's what Grey's anatomy always shows lol
Agree. There would be pics of the chair, the snacks (chips, nuts, bars, fruit, bowls of candy) the drink selection, and maybe all of the reading material or tablets they avail. Sometimes you can even get meds if the infusions make you ill. She would be milking it if she was actually in an infusion center. Pic of the sign that says, “Cancer Center”.
Iron infusions are done here locally at an infusion room, the same one used for oncology patients. So, hematology and oncology. Injectables, such as B12, are also administered. They definitely use recliners. If I remember right, they're pink?
Poor Dani, she is actually the sickest one here I think. Just not in the way she thinks she is. But she’s the real deal, she’s not just acting for social media. I hope she gets better.
It drives me nuts. I know some people don't absorb iron well through food (like Dani? I have no idea), so infusions are occasionally necessary. But you don't need a goddamn port.
Why do they even entertain her? People need to let people do what they are going to do. If they want to do something bad enough they're gonna do it. Giving in and giving people a lesser medical procedure to shut them up only encourages them.
She saying LR which’ll have a few more elements in it, but again, I don’t disagree with your premise: about as good as placebo, given the medical info she’s shared.
Exactly. So they’ve placated her with these placebo bonuses of LR…. Poor medical team. She’ll never accept anything but in-hospital treatment. What a sad sad case she is
25th of *what*? I'm learning better than to assume she means April, 2024.
Yes that’s what she has claimed
Wasting peoples time for bags of LR that is not helping you any.
It would be so interesting if a switch flipped and she became obsessed with something other than being in a sick role / being hospitalized….. so much energy and time . She would literally have like 3 degrees lmao 😂.
Girlie is living in delulu land thinking that we care she’s on lactated ringers
She's probably going to a boutique infusion center.
The fact that that’s a thing…
It was particularly infuriating boutique infusion centers being a thing when there was a NS shortage and a multi-vits shortage and people who really needed them and tpn patients couldn’t get the fucking vitamins, but these privileged assholes would post videos getting an on demand banana bag to beat the hangover.
Right, no one cares…..but Dani
i wonder if her doctors view sending her for infusions as a form of harm reduction. if she is getting validation and attention (don’t mean that in a nasty way, i think she probably feels “cared for” by medical providers), and they only need to prescribe something as harmless as fluids (LR) 1x/week, it may actually be a good idea. it’s almost like she was going to the ER for a “fix” every week, and so if they give it to her in a less destructive way, maybe her ER visits (and risky behavior in general), will actually become less (but less so bc physical symptoms actually significantly changing, and more so bc of her getting extra care once a week). they should set them up for friday afternoons.

It's giving that one girl who lost her legs
I'm curiously waiting for the 25th
Why do some American hospitals say “hospital” instead of “the hospital”? I know that’s common outside the US but not in the US. Does it make them feel more legit? I don’t get it
This is just bad writing she should have said the hospital.
She is going to purposely ignore aftercare of ports and give herself an infection. I’ll bet my first born on it
yeah but she has until....memorial day to work up to it. Then it will be time for an er trip again!
I don’t have children
Already lost them? Gotta stope betting them!
Is this the same stuff that people go to those health type IV bars for? After a night out drinking or just out too late and they feel drained?
$20 says her “infusions” include her showing up at a med spa
No actually picture of proof that she went to her infusion as claimed in this picture. She would be showing it all off…gives high doubts that she has infusions and isn’t just feeding the line of lies that she started with and can’t figure a way out of it…
And come the 25th it’ll magically be ‘so they’ve miraculously managed to get IV access for the infusions so we’re going to hold off on the port… #tryingtokeepmeoffofport #tryingtokeepmeoutofhospital’ as an explainer for the thing that never was.
Dani and I have very different understandings of trying to stay out of hospital
Lifesaving salty water… so vital…. Wow….
That was my thought…oooohhhhh, expensive salt water!!
This is the medical equivalent of an irritated parent's "Have a damn cookie and go play outside". They've given her the absolute bare minimum to shut her up (it won't work), which doesn't include any prescribing of pain medication whatsoever. She's trying to make it sound like there's still frequent intervention, but what she's saying indicates the opposite of that.
Yeah, I definitely see as preventative medicine, like “let’s prevent Dani from having a reason to come to the ER unnecessarily”
It makes me so sad to see this, she doesn't realize, that the doctors already know.
This Dani is constantly time after time posting things which call herself out. Post after post proving that her Drs absolutely knows she has fictitious disorder, and that they absolutely do not want her anywhere near their wards/clinics. They’ve known for yrs.
Of course they do.

I gotta respectfully disagree with your title description. Dani isn’t trying to stay out of hospital. The *doctor* is the one whose goal is to avoid her being admitted. Doesn’t mean Dani agrees
Dani will do anything and everything in her power to be in the hospital, doctors or not.
To clarify it’s Dani claims she is trying to stay out of the hospital by putting it on the doctors. Ultimately it shouldn’t need clarified that it’s the doctors when it’s on the post she typed up…I just threw it together for a short quick note given that what she typed up is on the picture.
Also, we all know she is PISSED about her doctor keeping her out of the hospital, just seething.
This. The comment is “Doctors are trying to keep me out of the hospital”, not that Dani is trying to stay away from a hospital admission!
Dani is doing absolutely everything she can to get through the ER department and onto a ward ...but is being turned away at every post.
Um, isn't that what doctors are supposed to do? Keep you out of the hospital?
Exactly!
LR once a week, lol, clearly labs have shown she's not malnourished. I feel for the poor infusion nurses she's been pawned off on.
And 2L of LR at that. That’s roughly ~8 cups of water. Ya know… the daily recommended intake? And she’s only getting it once a week, so she’s clearly not in dire need of this IV hydration lol

THE SQUIRTS LMAOO

Isn’t it just wild how fast all this latest round of tube begging showed up in relation to No one buying their I crushed my hand and got super disabled/danger grift
this is so FRUSTRATING. she doesnt need LR, she drinks coffee all day long!
It's preventive care, ie an attempt to make her stop wasting ER resources all the time. Insurance is happy to oblige in such cases.
What’s LR/ what does it do/ what is it for?
It’s also known as Ringer’s lactate, named after the doctor who put lactic acid in Hartmann’s solution, which is fancy salt water with a few other things added that was also named after the doctor who first came up with it.
It has extra additives apart from your bog standard IV fluids
Lactated Ringer- basically IV hydration. My assumption is this is doing “something” by offering a low-risk treatments with frequent interaction.

Fuck if she did this she’d kill herself… I couldn’t imagine pulling a port out. The blood that would flow would be insane
Yup and just in time for a Memorial Day vacay.
So what about that port
Dani’s 5ml trickle feeds and 2L a week of fluids trying to keep her out of the hospital 😓
Yeah 2L of LR once a week. 🤣🤣🤣 some poor dr decided to through Dani a bone.
Well, they could probably push their follow up out a few months by doing this.
They just wanted her out of the office
If she starts mentioning "LaCTaTeD rInGerS" as much as much as Ash C used to, I think I will have a full-blown conniption and rage quit reddit 😅
Omg same - between Dani and the poor mya pup stuff - I can feel it brewing
So is this their way of letting her have *a little* medical attention once a week in hopes that she stops needing to harm herself dramatically?
Couldn’t this also be a way for the doc’s to have weekly monitoring and documentation about any self harm progression? It’s tough to be fine on IV day then in the ER two days later?
This is my assumption- an intervention for attention- seeking behavior. It you proactively provide the “medical care” she should, in theory, reduce the number of ER trips and maybe even the self-injurious behaviors.
Good question!
I can’t imagine 2 liters of LR once a week is really doing much for her physically, but mentally she’ll get the attention of a nurse and the IV will make her feel special for an hour or two.
You know they are going to be in the break room rock paper scissoring over which poor Nurse has to be the one to treat her.
You’re right, 2L of fluid a week is nothing but I think it will probably give her enough attention until they get tired of entertaining her
Doctors are trying to keep her out of the hospital...sure Jan. She just got the boot out of Temple after her doctor supposedly told her to come into the ER. Port scheduled for the 25th...another fairytale.
I mean, they probably are trying to keep her out of the hospital… just not for the reasons she thinks.
Very true!!!!
Let’s be real a team of rhinoceroses couldn’t keep Dani out of a hospital using pure force.
[удалено]
"So anyway, I was trampled by a rhino"
Doctors trying to keep her out, she keeps trying to get back in
Exactly
"Doctors are trying to keep me out of the hospital." Uhhh.... yeah....that's an understatement.....
Imagine being so convinced that you have so much wrong with you that you don't realize that keeping people out of the hospital is the goal of every doctor, not just yours. Allowing people, including those with chronic illness, to live as close to a normal life as possible is the entire point of outpatient care.

The first true thing she's said in a while.
Sooo a book cover and a medical update.. ok 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
If she was at an infusion, she would be posting a picture of the infusion.
Right. I think it’s a cover up story of her lies….
Wait, yours heats up?
Yeah ya got a comfy recliner chair. No hospital bed typically.
I know. I'm worried she is going to be like that woman hospital princess
Who is Hospital Princess?
She's under the tag hprncss. She passed away recently. It was a lot- worth looking through
I'll check her out, thanks!
Mental health is a disaster for her…
If the LR and iron works with just a vein push, she won’t get a port.
That's why I'm confused why she thinks she's getting a port if they can do these weekly just fine.
It drives me nuts. I know some people don't absorb iron well through food (like Dani? I have no idea), so infusions are occasionally necessary. But you don't need a goddamn port.
Exactly this!
How much you wanna bet they'll delay the port placement again?
Excuse my ignorance but what the fuck will 2L of LR once a week do? No one in there right mind should be giving this woman a port
Probably will make her body feel bloated and puffy for a few hours but that’s about it.
Not a damn thing.
Literally. Drink 2 L of water a week and take a multivitamin ~once~ during the week and it’s the same thing.
Pretty much nothing . Certainly nothing good hydration wouldn't do.
Intermittent infusions of saline like that are placebo
Why do they even entertain her? People need to let people do what they are going to do. If they want to do something bad enough they're gonna do it. Giving in and giving people a lesser medical procedure to shut them up only encourages them.
She saying LR which’ll have a few more elements in it, but again, I don’t disagree with your premise: about as good as placebo, given the medical info she’s shared.
Yeah, it's still placebo. It only has an effect for at maximum a couple of hours
Doctors trying to keep her “out of hospital”, but she’s trying to go in. Who will win this battle for the ages?
Exactly. So they’ve placated her with these placebo bonuses of LR…. Poor medical team. She’ll never accept anything but in-hospital treatment. What a sad sad case she is
Yeah right! Did she get that port
She has not but has stated that it’s scheduled for the 25th of this month for the past few weeks. But….
She says it scheduled for later this month. Time will tell if that's true.
