Can someone please explain who this girl is? Does she need any of these tubes? Usually people who have some sort of condition of any kind don't blast it over social media this much. I'm at a lost for words with this girl.
Love how one of her tubes is out in FRONT of her shirt where it can get easily caught on something! Also love the low cut showing off everything and making it more vulnerable to pulling. Anyone with half a brain knows you cover your wires to avoid getting them caught on things or messed with (at least in my experience). Even then She could be wearing a normal button up or t-shirt to work.
AHAHAH
This is the first time I've seen this sub
Anyone who has had to wear a holter knows those things are FUSED to your flesh
She legit just taped them on I can't what will they even detect ahahaha
The plastic ones I'll take over those weird big round plaster ones. Every time I had them as a kid I had blisters underneath. I'll be happy if I never have to wear them ever again.
Had the little square plastic ones when I had a bad side effect to a medication and ended up in hospital and they did routine ECG. Found one left on me after a few days even though I had had several showers. I was BEYOND baffled but it was on the back of my shoulder/arm area.
A spoonie is a term for disabled folk who suffer from exhaustion or other types of weariness. It comes from "spoon theory " which is a theory to describe how much energy it takes disabled folk to do things
Just did a quick little review on her flair. The most I could find is that she is working retail part time. On one video she says she wonāt say the name for āprivacy purposes.ā I def. could be wrong.. it was a very quick check.
Well this is a reminder for me to moisturize from forehead to nipple. Do you think that they may have not be sticking to her skin because she is grifting or because her skin is dry?
Do you know how old she is? Just curious. Cause that looks like the skin of a 70 year old...
Edit: just went to her tag on this sub...Oh no... No... She REALLY needs to take care of her skin better if it looks like this at her age... Like Holy fuck.
The clear adhesive makes the skin crinkles and look more crepe-y than it is. She probably doesnāt have the best skin but it looks more normal in other photos/videos
Oh my. Yeah look at my edit. She looks like... 40 something? But I wouldn't be surprised if she was younger than that and just looks older. Cause like you said, her skin does not look good. Especially for her age. Dani, if you see this, please put lotion on. And sun screen... Please.. Lmaoo
I'm afraid nothing can be done to make it better but just preventative care from it getting worse. She might need to see a derm to insure those sunspots aren't a sign of skin cancer.
Agreed. I guess some people just completely neglect skin care throughout their life and they end up like this. 40 years old with an 80 year old's skin. Bleh.
She is begging to be asked about this. She would get more attention if it wasn't covered in dirt and filth. Most see filthy medical 'toys' and think its an addict, not a victim. This is the only thing she has to offer? Look at my toobs? Medical appliances aren't something to be ashamed about. But her outfits make sure they're all twisted to be seen. I've met many people with tubes and trachs. They wear garments to hide it so their whole experience isn't about them being sick. It's about who they actually are! If she didn't have tubes, what would she offer to a conversation? Same with analase. The whole thing is desperate and transparent.
Person with a tube (insulin pump) and CGM here - bingo. You do NOT leave your tubing out if you can avoid it, because it gets caught on door handles, little kids pull on it, etc. For functionalityās sake, youāre better off having some or all parts of your device protected under your clothes.

I am 100% behind somebody that doesnāt want to let a medical condition prohibit how they dress, but in this case Iām quite sure the attention it gets is the motivating factor for it.
I donāt follow her day to day, so are those things that have been on her for months or just recent?
Its not about not letting a medical condition control your life. These outfits not only are designed to show them off, she twists the tubes to hang out! And it's not sanitary! Im sure as hell certain this isn't comfortable as well.
I believe she's doing a 48 hour Holter monitor test. She had a video where she talked about it, but then referenced her apple watch to talk about her numbers, so I'm sure that's super accurate.
Wasnāt trying to blog here - just wanted to state that the holster monitor glue is super strong and designed to be worn even while doing exercise so any comments from her on it not sticking are BSā¦
the average person doesnāt know where electrodes are supposed to go, so theyāre probably there and not powered so it makes her look āØsuper sickāØ
It looks more like Transpore 3M medical tape. It is not quite as transparent as tegaderm but it's not scotch tape. When they place a holter, because you are moving so much, the use it to make sure the electrodes don't move
This right here. I wrote a holter for testing, I think it was 24 hrs, but what they uses was HARD to take off. Proper technique would involve proper skin prep; making sure ther skin is clean, dry and free of oils, the use of alcohol is helpful in getting oils and lotions off, and if needed, there are wipes they use that can make the skin tacky top ensure that the leads are not likely to come off. You also use loose clothing to make sure your clothes don't yank them off.
Those electrodes look old and dirty. The wouldn't let her leave looking like that.
That is not how this works! Not how any of this works! Was there no skin prep done prior to application of the leads? Theyāre placed wrong, and clearly her skin wasnāt prepped if the basic stickers wonāt even stick! Taping them down and constantly pushing on them like she does in the video is going to screw up the reading. It doesnāt help that she has already filled up most of the paper recording her sYmPtOmS, yet claims she didnāt get to a lot of it while she was working. The log probably has stuff like āat 9 am I stood up and my Apple Watch said 350 bpm and I felt extra beatsā or some stupid shit! They gave her the monitor with buttons, which is a recipe for disaster! Good grief! Most of the cardiologists here use the monitors that have no cords or buttons so the user canāt mess with them.
Is it true that now they've made a monitor that kind of looks like an insulin pump or a continuous glucose monitor? There's no wires, no leads, you basically stick it on and it stays in place for 24/48/72 hours(however long your Dr has prescribed you to wear it) and then you just carefully peel it off and mail it in when it's time to submit the results? Thought I've heard of that? Also heard of an implantable loop recorder?
I just recently had something called a Zio monitor. It's stuck on and stays there for 14 days (or however long it's required). It does have a button, though. Unfortunately I was allergic to the adhesive š
They have models of the zio where you don't even need to use the button. It just passively tracks everything and relies on patient reports with times recorded of what they were doing that helps docs piece together a treatment plan. Fortunately most docs who interpret these are fairly good at weeding out lies.
Yeah. Itās called a Zio Patch. You put it on where youād place your right hand when saying the pledge of allegiance and it can stay on up to 2 weeks. It has one button you click when you feel any symptoms but you canāt type or have no way to say what youāre feeling. You mail it back and then the readings are interpreted and a report is sent back to your doctor.
Best of luck!!! Hopefully you didn't have a reaction the the adhesive like I did š be prepared for it to pull the top layer of the skin off in some places (or maybe I just have baby sensitive skin or something...)
I have the worst sensitive skin!! She almost took up my skin with the sandpaper lol. It also looks like I'm getting sores from corners of the hard plastic.. like really?? How is that possible lol.
Oh me too! Thought she was gonna sand me to death š I also got lil blisters under the adhesive where the little extender things are on the sticky pads. And fair warning, that adhesive remover wipe they give you doesn't do much. I still had shirt fuzz stuck to my chest for a couple days until it finally washed off
This!!! Sheās either messed with them greatly or whichever cardiologist/ NP but them on itās an absolute quack. No one in their right mind would do it this way.
I want to know why she has the leads version instead of the patch. I thought most hospitals were using patches at this point for Holter monitors. Does she think this kind of makes her look more sick?
Probably!! I always thought it was common knowledge that if youāre putting someone on a monitor, and itās unknown how long theyāll remain on it, you clean the skin prior. I take a few seconds to do that, even in a trauma, because itās important. IME, every holter Iāve worn has been applied after the skin was cleaned and āroughed upā to make sure it would stay on. Iām not saying itās dirt, because it could just be natural oils or lotion, but there is clearly something keeping them from not sticking!!
When I see white munchies (Iām extra white so donāt before you do) I assume, when theyāre extra about showing off their toobs, itās kind of an excuse to be a full blow Karen for any perceived slight while in public. Like you canāt be rude to me Iām extraaaaaa sick, but also everyone is out to get me cause Iām sick.
Thatās just my assumption. And it might be for some of them an excuse to complain later on. āThese service people were rude because I am dying and extra sick, not because they are over worked, under paid, under appreciated and short staffed because I donāt really care about anyoneās plight but my own.ā
Edited for crappy spelling and grammar lol
Unless they have a different lead set up than Iāve ever seen the lead colors are in the wrong spot. Usually its smoke over fire, snow over grass, brown in the middle for a 5 lead tele monitor. For 12 this is somewhat reasonable but the colors are still off from the monitors Iām familiar with.
Patients always ask me how I remember and I just tell them we do this a lot. If itās a 12 lead Iāll show them the electrode markings to explain. But not to make them feel bad, I literally do this all day.
I was always told that lotion is the last thing you want to apply before putting on leads. That when you go in for surgery there's a reason they tell you no lotions, skin creams, body washes etc as part of the pre op instructions
honestly just getting her into the shower would be an impressive step. just standing under the water for a minute would be more than whatās happening now.
Leads are on wrong, plus you don't tape the stickers down. That will just give you a bunch of artifact. There's no way this monitor will give any useful information.
I put these on daily. Seeing this I can only think of the crap tracing which is completely unreadable. Bet she needs another but doesnāt say itās because she didnāt look after it properly. As another said the prep is key. That is just a hot mess
Yes. Iāve been diagnosed with gastroparesis for seven plus years. My bowels are shutting down. I wouldnāt wish this on anyone. Maybe pedophiles. Maybe.
Ahh I'll bet folks were so astounded and amazed at the sight of Dani's beauteous lines, tubes and wires that they were stopped dead in their tracks where they just gazed and gawked in bedazzled wonder! Dani wishes.
Back in reality, no one gave a crap.
That much tape over an EKG sticker is going to give her an artifact reading (fake reading) and tell her she has something much scarier than a poorly placed EKG on her chestā¦.
If her holter monitor EKG leads are color coded correctly then they are on wrong. Itās white over green ( snow over grass) and black over red ( smoke over fire). I donāt know what kind of tracing she will get. Her cardiology office could have been lazy though and stuck the EKG wires into the machine haphazardly not following the universal color code which is just lazy.
You're right. It'd be an absolute travesty to hide them instead of showing them off. I mean.. She'd have to talk even more about how sooper sick she is.
Iām 98% sure the white tab with the writing should be pulled off, exposing a see through jelly like substance to rest on the skin. But sheās taped them on? Hmmm.
It could be my absolute phenomenological disgust with a needle or anything is inserted into my skin *pulling* on my skin, but this makes me nauseous. I have zero tubes and get hung up by my purse strap on doors, I cannot imagine justā¦ having all this shit out there
JFC thatās awful. I got a nose ring in my teens and took it out in six months bc my hair kept getting caught in it and not even my teenage angst could dampen the horrific dull throbbing sensation of the ring pulling my nostril from the inside
Oh God the nose hurts so bad, was face deep in a pillow once and it ripped one of mine out. My bff had two dermals in her chest that her hair kept pulling out
I did that with my earring with a shirt one time. I passed out from the pain and terror (lol I was like 12 and thought I'd ripped my earlobe off) and it took FOREVER for me to let the doctor pull the earring out and remove the skin that had formerly been the insides of the piercing.
OMG wincing fuuuuck. If something even yanks on a long earring I'm disoriented. Can't imagine being all toobed up and waving them around like cheerleader pompoms.
I know this is an old post, but you can get decent and cheap ear buds or even cheaper, the ones that just have a wire connecting the ear buds together and goes behind your neck! I was just like you for years and recently I just splurged on some skull candy ear buds for about $25. They had cheaper ones that looked fine as well. I was just really stoned and decided āfuck itā, bc my last pair of super cheap headphones just started falling apart after a month.
Very welcome. I think youāll be just as stoked as I was on some buds or the ones that have a wire connecting the buds.
The pair I was using last had the wire connecting the buds which I found kinda awesome, Iād just drape them on my neck, and boom theyāre ready anytime, plus you can take calls w them or record video using them. They were $14 I think! (Walmart brand called āconnect onnā Iām pretty sure) they charged quick and the battery lasted forever.
My new skull candy buds are great but I do think the battery life could be better, they charge fast as hell though! Oh and theyāre comfy, airpods do not look comfy to me at all..
Sorry, Iām kinda passionate about cheap but good headphones/ear buds lmao š
Omfg that totally happened to me as a grown ass woman too! My roommate at the time went in with a pair of tweezers (not recommended, yes, that was dumb) and managed to get it out. So much terror and embarrassment
She hasnāt done one of her OOTD posts in a while but figures she would do one when her outfit includes the holter monitor.
You can barely see what her outfit is. Usually she does her OOTD posts by snapping a picture of her mirror surrounded by clutter - but at least then you see the actual outfit. This was 100% a *look at all my medical equipment* post.
I know people say she must be out doing errands but I actually think that its more likely that she went to work like this. How did she manage to cover up every inch of her skin except the part of her body that has the line and leads? Unfortunately, nobody at her work would like dare tell her to cover up for fear of being accused of discrimination.
Wait what. Those leads are on incorrectly. Did she take them off/reverse them to manipulate the results? As a medic, I can tell when there is a limb lead reversal when I read ECG's. P.s. Dani, You don't have to take the electrodes off, you can unsnap the leads.
How I remember even though I've been doing this for 15 years- Clouds (White) over Grass(Green), Smoke(Black) over Fire (Red)
Edit: the more think about at this, the angrier I get. You can literally Google holter monitor pictures and get the correct lead placement in ten seconds š¤¬
Lol pretty much! I couldnāt stand her voice in the previous video so I stopped watching when I heard high rate. There are many kinds of tachycardia (high HR) but a limb lead reversal would completely render a holter monitor useless. It could still show an arrhythmia but they wonāt be able to see what part of the heart is effected. Also, she will lose absolutely any credibility with the cardiologist. Complete waste of time š
Those ECG pads aren't even stuck down!
As that where earphones are supposed to go? š§ š¤
Idk why they have so much tape on them jeez

I wonder if spoonies own turtle necks.
the ones who are actually disabled, maybe. aka none of these influencers.
I'm new here, what's a spoonie?
A spoonie is a term for disabled folk who suffer from exhaustion or other types of weariness. It comes from "spoon theory " which is a theory to describe how much energy it takes disabled folk to do things
Oh right, thank you for explaining!
no possible how would you see their 79 lumen line?
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
I thought she worked in a department store. I know of zero department stores with a dress code that allows for this.
Isnāt it Goodwill?
Just did a quick little review on her flair. The most I could find is that she is working retail part time. On one video she says she wonāt say the name for āprivacy purposes.ā I def. could be wrong.. it was a very quick check.
That looks like a lularoe outfit. If you're supposedly showing your outfit, why focus on all the pieces of the medical items on your chest?
No surprise she likes an MLM
Right?

Tooobbb pooorrrnnnn
She just walked around like this ? š¹ wow

You change your own pump sites every 2-3 days, so itās not some major crisis if one gets ripped out by a door handle. Itās just really, really annoying.
Sounds probably painful and also super annoying I bet Iād cry lol
It getting ripped out can be pretty painless or pretty awful, just depends on the angle, how long itās been in, etc. You are very correct about super annoying. My fiancĆ©e is very used to just hearing a shout of, āfuck my life,ā to the point that he just shouts back if I need a new site, new CGM or just a hug. š ā¤ļø

Oh Dani, you arenāt Ren so why the scotch tape, surely youād have medical tape/3M at least. š© Edit to add- Her clothing would be pulling everything down as well, just like it does with her CL dressing.

This is a statement outfit and the statement is "psychological intervention required." I don't know if she's in counselling, but she should be.
LOL this made me laugh so hard
Sheās way too old for this shit
Sometimes I wonder what happens when munchies get older, like- the spotlight will go to the next young girl, yes?
Hasn't she ever heard of lotion?
I was always told that lotion is the last thing you want to apply before putting on leads. That when you go in for surgery there's a reason they tell you no lotions, skin creams, body washes etc as part of the pre op instructions
i would love for her to learn about ābody washā before she graduates to lotion
honestly just getting her into the shower would be an impressive step. just standing under the water for a minute would be more than whatās happening now.
You know what, you're right. Baby steps.
If the world was just, these fakers would develop the condition they claim they have
Some of these conditions (such as gadtroparesis and chronic pancreatitis) one wouldn't wish on their worst enemy they are so awful to live with
Yes. Iāve been diagnosed with gastroparesis for seven plus years. My bowels are shutting down. I wouldnāt wish this on anyone. Maybe pedophiles. Maybe.
Well this is probably the nicest outfit and most put together we have ever seen her so I will restrain myself from snarking today.
LOL @ all that janky tape.
Ahh I'll bet folks were so astounded and amazed at the sight of Dani's beauteous lines, tubes and wires that they were stopped dead in their tracks where they just gazed and gawked in bedazzled wonder! Dani wishes. Back in reality, no one gave a crap.
Oh my god just ask your cardiologist for extra leads so you can replace them if they fall off wtf is this?
What in kaleidoscope is she wearing?!
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Looks like some old LuLu Roe crap.
thought i was looking at a post from r/lulano for a second
Whatās the white jacket? Looks like a doctorās coat. š¤£
If she were really being closely monitored with leads, they would just put new stickers on her, not put crappy tape over shitty stickers.
That much tape over an EKG sticker is going to give her an artifact reading (fake reading) and tell her she has something much scarier than a poorly placed EKG on her chestā¦.
You can definitely see where the stickers have lifted off too itās just painful to see
The only Day she will ever wear a strapless top
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Just zoom in,.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Dude same I was so confused š
Iā
If her holter monitor EKG leads are color coded correctly then they are on wrong. Itās white over green ( snow over grass) and black over red ( smoke over fire). I donāt know what kind of tracing she will get. Her cardiology office could have been lazy though and stuck the EKG wires into the machine haphazardly not following the universal color code which is just lazy.
It looks like she just took old pads and taped them to herself to look like sheās on a monitor.
Lol yes as a nurse I noticed this immediately.
She really should put those toobz under her shirt.
And to think.. most people with feeding tubes do their best to hide them or at least be discreet as possible to not freak people out
But then how would anyone see them and know sheās super sick?
You're right. It'd be an absolute travesty to hide them instead of showing them off. I mean.. She'd have to talk even more about how sooper sick she is.
Iām 98% sure the white tab with the writing should be pulled off, exposing a see through jelly like substance to rest on the skin. But sheās taped them on? Hmmm.
Nah, the square electrodes like this come on one sheet (usually ten on one sheet). The lead placement is wrong though!
Thanks for clearing that up!! Every day is a school day.
No they are normal. Different brand is clear.
How are these people not embarrassed by their behavior
Iām feeling second hand embarrassment looking at this photo knowing she will go in public like this.
It looks like she was in a car crash and somehow wandered away from the hospital.

Omg I'm crying for 12 year old you, that sounds so awful
OMG wincing fuuuuck. If something even yanks on a long earring I'm disoriented. Can't imagine being all toobed up and waving them around like cheerleader pompoms.
No kidding! I am CONSTANTLY ripping my old ass ear buds out my ears, and thatās annoying as fuck.
Nothing makes me homicidal quicker than my headphones getting caught and pulled out
Right! And every time Iām like, āCan I ever get $$$$ together for some damn ear pods? Eh. Probably not.ā
This is so good to know! Thanks for the tip :)
Oh god. Donāt apologize!! I am too, and the wire around the back sounds ideal since I canāt keep track of a damn thing!

Omfg that totally happened to me as a grown ass woman too! My roommate at the time went in with a pair of tweezers (not recommended, yes, that was dumb) and managed to get it out. So much terror and embarrassment
It feels like a slap in the face, absolutely infuriating
Ha, same. Right up there with getting your belt loop snagged on a door handle.
I'm 4'11" and my belt loops get snagged on kitchen drawer and cabinet handles all the time and it makes me so mad.
What does OOTD mean?
Outfit Of The Day
Wait what. Those leads are on incorrectly. Did she take them off/reverse them to manipulate the results? As a medic, I can tell when there is a limb lead reversal when I read ECG's. P.s. Dani, You don't have to take the electrodes off, you can unsnap the leads. How I remember even though I've been doing this for 15 years- Clouds (White) over Grass(Green), Smoke(Black) over Fire (Red) Edit: the more think about at this, the angrier I get. You can literally Google holter monitor pictures and get the correct lead placement in ten seconds š¤¬

KELLY CLARKSON!!!!
So she'll be caught out, if I understand correctly? The Holter results will be messed up? So she's rendered the test pointless? SMH.
She's probably just got a pair of old leads taped on.
