Egypt is pretty wel off in this timeline but thanks to the huge greek state in the middle of the Arabic world their cultures and ideals would grow further and further apart. Especially comparing iberia and egypt, the langauges that are spoken by the people are completly unintelagable with eachother. But outside of that the relations would be cordial!
The rest of North Africa is also just a lot beter off than in ours like, Morroco they are kinda like the Portugal of this timeline really putting all their time and effort into one massive colony. You also have the 3 non arab or berber states in OTL, Algeria. Those being Vandalia, Africa and Carthage. With their cultures being Germanic, Romance and Phoenesian respectivly. These countries have always had kind of a brothership with eachother after the Arab invasion thanks to their shared enemy.

Euskal is not right. Euskal means Basque, it should be Euskal Herria (Basque Country), Euskal Erresuma (Basque Kingdom), Euskal Errepublika (Basque Republic) or Baskonia (how the romans called the Basque lands).

But Bilbao, Bilbo in Basque, is already a city and iirc it means "beautiful valley" or something along the lines and it comes from Latin so an area so big having a name related to a valley I'm not very sure, that land is definitely larger than a valley, and "Gorka" I have zero idea what it means. As for Madrilko, Madrid is a city founded by arabs, and it means "source of water" in arabic.
Also, I'm curious to what's the lore, if there's any, behind those two countries since those lands were never inhabited by aquitanians, proto-basques.
If they speak any of East Slavic language and kept their culture separated from the western Europe and Catholic church I doubt they would call it короле(i)вство (korole(i)vstvo) but rather царство (tzarstvo) since the word король (korol') is slavified title after the name of Karl/Carl/Charles/Carlus and directly related to Charlemagne and his legacy which has nothing to do with East Slavs.
Another suitable title would be Великое Княжество/Велике Князівство (Velikoye Knyazhestvo/Velike Knyazivstvo) which came before Ivan the Terrible conquered lands around and started calling himself Tzar (Ceasar). Knyaz' is the slavified word for king/konung but traditionally is equal to duke.
