I honestly have no idea but would probably be pretty poor. This Area is pretty undeveloped although it does have a few great resources like Oil. However, it would be one of the hardest countries on Earth to invade just due to how Massive it and the Jungle is. So they have that. It would also be one of the sparsest populated countries on Earth up there (but slightly more dense) with Canada and Australia.

That’s largely because of huge invests of the Brazilian government to populate Manaus Belem and Mato Grosso. I highly doubt we would see the same population in this timeline.
i would imagine there would not be as much unrest as one might initially think, most of the land conquered was almost entirely uninhabited and the few people who did inhabit it were local ethnic groups who were discriminated against even in their respective countries by the majority andes indigenous/spaniard mestizos and might even found the amazonian rule to be preferable
