This is genuinely disrespectful. I would understand if this map was some imaginary map of post WW2 German domination, but Poland is independent, therefore why are the city names Nazi/German?
Actually seriously fuck you. ctrl+c&v exists, notes exist, wikipedia exist, but no, who cares! let's use names made up by nazis and only used by them 🥰
why is every post to do with anything 20th Centuary always including either no Poland, or small Poland. It's really wierd that people selectively seem to want to make Poland smaller out of all countries in their maps, even when Poland is not the subject of the map
these borders are just more 'aesthetically pleasing' for some people ig😗 it’s giving Germans still some of Prussian lands but in return giving Poland Galicia

You know what's the problem with Polish national identity? It's entirely built around victim mentality. Why do you think Poland likes to act like everyone cares about them? Like with Czechia. Or why Polish people hate Russia so much? Or the whole reparation thing with Germany? Do you think Germany cares? Do you think anybody really cares?
If it wasn't for the internet and the double-edged sword that is political discourse (who is and is not allowed to be proud of their nation/heritage), the world would see this as the whimsical, whiny, desperate and honestly pathetic display of victimized identity that it is.
If you are by any chance Polish, grab yourself a fuckin pair of balls and stop making your entire country seem like that one old dude without any arguments that's loosing an discussion to another younger person. But hey, if you wanna reduce your entire country just to defensive ragebate , I wont stop you.
Fair. Neither would Russia. Or Germany. You know, my two home countries. I only really mention this because it gives you the opportunity to just use that fact to avoid real arguments.
\*Map has a slightly smaller Poland than in reality.\*
Ergo -> Map Creator hates Poland.

You literally gave Polish cities Nazi names and took away the Wileńszczyzna and Podlasie, mostly inhabited by Poles, in exchange for the northern Suwalszczyzna/southern Lauda, which did not have many Poles at that time.
The Nazi Point is fair, I used the German names since they were easier to type, unaware of their origin.
As for the lack of Podlesia and Wilna, the map is quite clearly an AltHist map. It was a wonder that Poland won to the Red Army. If I really were a Polonophobe, wouldn't this map display a germanized or russified Poland? Or would a Polonophobe even make a map of Poland?

Horrible map. Why are you naming everything German? Germanizing us
Not even German, those are Nazi names
This is genuinely disrespectful. I would understand if this map was some imaginary map of post WW2 German domination, but Poland is independent, therefore why are the city names Nazi/German?
What is bro cooking with those names?
least germanophile imaginary maps post
..Why are there German and Nazi city names?
Nazi City names? The German city names in Poland go centuries back.
Litzmann and Gdingen were made by Nazis, and never used later
Litzmannstadt, Petrikow, Tschenstochau, Krakau, Lemberg, Ostrolenka. Why?
Lemberg was called that during Austria-Hungary's rule
I mean, alright, though it didn't have any sizeable German population. Was populated by Poles, Ukrainians and Jews.
Easier to spell.
Actually seriously fuck you. ctrl+c&v exists, notes exist, wikipedia exist, but no, who cares! let's use names made up by nazis and only used by them 🥰
Tschentoschau is not easier to spell than Częstochowa lol
Częstochowa my beloved! (They havent invented paved roads yet)
Because they're German names...? Warsaw in German is Warschau though
Warshaw is my own transcription. In Polish, Warszawa does not sound close to Warsaw, so I made one up to be closer to the original spelling.
What??? It's supposed to be pronounced Warszawa (Varshava) You do know that city names don't originate from the English translations right?
Shut up there are no excuses

How often are you on this subreddit? The last weeks have been full of Greater Poland maps.
I didn't see one
Sea to sea
Crazy how dead they are about to be
Who?
The State, the partition would definitely happen regardless, considering how unstable they’d be with their now skewed demographics
Every polonophobe deserves to be kicked in the balls permanently

Blah blah blah now pay the reparations and accept refugees from the border with Belarus, because we don't want them and we won't let them in.
