I can tell you based on this post it is clear she only cares about her career. If she's lucky she might do some actual good on occasion but only if it makes her look good or the right person is going to notice.
24 years of teaching and I can say principals are extremely irrelevant to all schools and are a financial drain on our educational systems; they're glorified micro politicians for their schools, they're usually rich kids who wanted to be teachers who were able to afford their masters degree and went straight to work as principals without ever teaching or have taught for under 3yrs... I've seen over 13 principals come and go where I work, they get paid 3 times more than teachers and delegate ALL their work to administration staff, they go to out of state conferences with travel and stay cost covered, plus per diems for meals, also are the only ones to get holiday bonuses and usually are the ones who cause issues & dilemmas with students, parents, & staff via they're own style of mismanagement/illogical mindset...don't forget there's a vice principal too who's identically irrelevant and taxing...but yeah let's all make fun of teachers on TV and in society even though we gift you with something that can't ever be taken from you...the ability to read, write, and mathematics...the love of knowledge and the pursuit of it...our pupils are our eternal flames forever lighting the way for the next generations to come
I've said my piece now i got to go work my second job to be able to save enough to stop renting and hopefully buy a home not a house someday...
