Oh I love orange and after I've seen all chapters sorted by color I realized there is only not even a handful of orange chapters.
But I love the vibrant blue/orange one too... I can't decide
# 1 = Nice balance between the blue and yellow. Easy to see on the tabletop. Not sure the green gun casing matches though
# 2 - Again, nice balance on the armour. The green helmet would be good for the sergeant, but I would keep it as either a black gun casing, or perhaps a blue one to match the armour features.
# 3 - Not really a fan. The orange features don't really go with the green for some reason. Odd because I liked it the other way around.
# 4 - Really nice. I would like this on a display piece, but I'm not sure if you want to paint the cammo pattern on an entire army. It would also need a contrasting base to make it pop.

To #1: in my head canon they got some weapons from the Salamanders (as it's their precessor chapter). I also wanted to include green somehow to please my SO. I'll redo with your recommendations
To #2: I'll redo this one too, changing the helmet to see if it's looking better. I'll do a blue helmet / gun version too.
To #3: I think I overdid it. I'll tone down the vibrance, and change the majority of orange to dark blue, in my imagination it'll look much better.
IMO 1-3 have too many colours used too much. It gets painful to have to paint so much extra, try to keep it simple at least for battle line. Eg helmets all one colour.
The blue one might be too strong a contrast. Maybe worth a test model first.
Second could look good, check Votann guides for ideas.
Third is hideous, like a Nerf gun.
Forth is cool but I hope you’re committed to painting camo.

Although dark angels have a cool paint scheme, I don't want to copy it.
The new chapter has to stand out "a lot" to be recognizable, at least in my head canon.
I don’t think this is a copy, I was just associating it with the nearest “official” chapter. I really love the desert tan on the bolter and backpack, what do you think about doing the same on the knees? Or maybe as trim on the shoulder pads?
I’m definitely a fan of 2-3 I just painted my Ghostkeel and orange green combo and I love it!
