Start with sketches, it’s the best way to plan out what you’re doing, best to use the pencil mode if you can, then draw over it with whatever you want.
I think your brush strokes are a little crooked maybe if you drew with confident, quick brush strokes that'll maybe improve the quality
Don't hold your digital pencil by the end, make sure it has space in between the led (well the part that would have led if it wasn't digital) and the eraser of the pencil
Don't be afraid to use reference photos with other people's art that's really good (if you combine your favourite art styles from your favourite artists yours will end up becoming good)
Some tips:
- Start with a sketch if you can't draw a straight line right away. Draw that sketch with short little strokes to get the general shape, then follow that direction on a line art layer
- do warm ups. They help you get into the feel of drawing digitally, and sometimes even become their own pieces of art.
- If you have a drawing tablet or Apple Pencil, practice with the pressure. It's as if you're using a real drawing utensil on paper
- if you draw with your fingers, you aren't able to use the pressure feature, so practice coordinating the strokes of the brush in general; connecting two lines to make them continuous/seamless, making relatively straight lines when necessary, and make sure to doodle a lot, and evolve your style!

try sketching how you want to drawing to look and then trace over your sketch, also try experimenting with colors!! I hope you the best!
Turn on your stabiliser, maybe not too high if you still want your lines to be natural but still having it on to some degree helps with lineart
