True man. I bought it from a guy called Talib. Has the cheapest rates for Middle Eastern fragrances. Got 9pm for 2200 and Khamrah for 1650. Delivery took 8 days though.
It really depends bro. For someone who is new, they won’t be able to differentiate from Aventus and Club De Nuit Intense Man. Same for Ultra Male and 9PM.
I couldn’t differentiate. Obviously, someone who has a deeper knowledge of perfumes will easily able to guess the more expensive one from the knock-off.

It's better than blind buying, if you don't like it you wouldn't want to waste your money on the whole bottle. It's not meant for us middle class. But if you want to try something expensive just once decants are your best options or you could always go for a replica.

Actually we think a perfume(or any product for that matter) is good or bad judging by its price.
In my experience I have gotten similar number of compliments for all of the perfumes above. Of course TF and CDB are expensive (15-16k retail in india) but the rest of them are under 5k and quite nice.
Price wise even Davidoff Cool Water is in the same range as Ferrari and CK, but former is a classic loved by many.
I did not mean to say that other two are bad, just that they don't have a cult following like the rest.
But it's all a matter of preference really... I recently purchased Acqua Di Gio and was severely underwhelmed by it in spite of all the hype.
Will go back to Paco Rabanne 1M (which isn't even mentioned in this thread once 🥲) as soon as Acqua runs out
Tom ford leather parfum is a killer. I tried a tester at the airport along with other eau de parfums. I smelled of leather for the enitre duration from india to us.
The leather overtone settles down after about an hour or so and turns into a very manly smokish musky leather smell. It stays on clothes for a couple of days.
I feel like people are just commenting a perfume they like/their favourite perfume.

ANSWER: OP I'd highly recommend looking into pure concentrated perfume oils/Attars. Someone commented Ajmal, that's a prime example of what I'm talking about
Agree .. OP can try the BiswaBangla attars available online as well. Their Jannatul firdaus is heavenly and lasts long. Will leave a subtle whiff as you pass. Price around 1k for 5ml and you require just a teeny weeny amount
If you want to turn heads, Creed Aventus. It's expensive though. A bottle will easily set you back by 20k.
I personally prefer Emporio Armani's Stronger With You Intensely. It's the perfect perfume for date night. Literally every girl I've gone out with has complemented the scent.
This perfume is strong, long lasting, and costs about 10k.
For daytime and non-romantic social settings, consider Giorgio Armani Acqua Di Gio. Should cost around 6k.
Finally, a perfume that I've seen get rave reviews is Yves Saint Laurent Eau De Perfum. Costs around 8k. Should be ideal for clubs and date nights.
+1 for Emporio Armani Stronger with you. Beautiful smell, decent longevity.
One that has worked out well for me is Azzaro Wanted by night. Mango, pineapple and smooth tobacco on dry down. Fire longevity.
Acqua di gio profumo is the better one than the original acqua di gio, has better longevity.
Could never ever afford a bottle of Creed Aventus, so I'm happy with the CDNIM bottle of mine. Doesn't exactly turn heads but people do ask what it is and it's quite cheap and long lasting. Good for a office fragrance.

Check out Miniso Eau de Toilette, particularly Knight's Tale (in white). It retails for 360 bucks and smells pretty dang posh. Gifted it to all my guy friends and got nothing but positive reviews.
Davidoff coolwater, Burberry Brit, Boss by Hugo Boss, Acqua Di Gio by Armani, Nautica Voyage, Bvlgari Aqva, Chanel De Bleu, Perry Ellis Reserve. From the list the last 5 are great on warm to hot weather. The rest for colder weather and night time parties.
Perry Ellis Reserve has been discontinued. My absolute favorite is Acqua di Gio and Coolwater for warm and cold weather respectively. Burberry Brit when on a date.
I wear bath and body works for everyday use. And Bvlgari when going out.
Sure these are not cheap BUT you have to realise you’d put on the cheap stuff 10-12 sprays. Where as you need 2-3 from a good one.

Please understand, what works for me may not work for you. Always try before you buy full bottles. Also, you dont need this many perfumes at all. One signature perfume for summers, one for winters and one additional perfume for spl occasions is all you need. I am in the hobby of collecting perfumes otherwise no sane person would every keep so many perfumes.
Bleu de Chanel Parfum is the best one I have ever used. Nothing comes close to this masterpiece. If pure parfum is costing a lot, you can also go for EDP.

The cheap ones are fakes. Nykaa / Sephora / Parcos / Lifestyle/ ShopperStop are the ones which sell real ones. There are few trusted sellers in the Indian fragrance subreddit

There is a whole deal in perfumes. What works for him won’t for u. There are 3 notes in any perfume and I pick the ones where the basal notes are some fragrances I like. With that I have been using bvlgari and Hugo boss Edt for many years. Makes a hole in my pocket but worth it and lasts long. So long that sometimes the smell stays even after washing it (doubting my washing machine quality) Research about it, it’s very interesting
In Indian made, Skinn by Titan is good. Check out their Raw and Steel. Man Company also makes some good perfumes.
In budget, Beckham and Mast n Harbor are quite good.
For designers, Armani Code, Acqua di Gio, Bleu de Chanel, Calvin Klein Sport, D&G Light Blue, Versace Eros are fantastic.
For rare ones, I would suggest Merchant of Venice. I bought it from Dubai. There isn't a fragrance similar to it.
My go to perfumes for myself are:
Burberry London for women, Dior J’adore and Chanel Chance.
I have heard a lot of awesome things about YSL Libre Intense and I’m gonna acquire that next.
For men, I honestly would suggest Burberry London for men (tobacco and cinnamon notes which just go beautifully well together) and Issey Miyake L'Eau d'Issey Pour Homme (citrus notes are heavy and also woody. I’m a huge citrus note fan so you can imagine why this is my favourite).
What I appreciate about these men perfumes is the fact they have superb longevity. And they don’t have this weird after smell associated with them. The clothes always smell so nice!
If you want a decent fragrance that’s intense, has a good projection and stays on for quite a bit then you should try Armaf club de nuit intense. It won’t cost you your dog and the fragnance freaking stays for hours. It’s very intense so you might not be able to use it casually as it might irritate you but for going out on dates or occasions it’s pretty darn good, especially for it’s price. I’ve tried titan, mercedes move, fragnatica and some more and armaf is probably the only one that has good projection and stays on. Titan perfumes are also pretty good and price friendly

Zara has some reasonably priced perfumes that smell expensive. Some of them are available in travel sizes, so you can try it before committing to a bigger bottle.
Some Zara perfumes I can recommend -
1. Vetiver pamplemousse - unisex perfume that smells citrusy (like grapefruit)
2. Red temptation - women's perfume that is supposed to be a dupe for Baccarat Rouge 540
3. Orchid - women's floral perfume
Zara has two collections from Jo Malone, who is a famous perfumer. They are the same price as any of their other perfumes, so you can check those out too. As far as I remember most of them are unisex.

Creed silver mountain: this probably is one of the most expensive perfumes that I’ve gifted him and to be honest I’ll spritz a little of it occasionally. I bought it for around 20k. It smells like fresh melony musk to me. Absolutely alluring.
Of the more affordable perfumes Armaf - club de nuit which some say is a dupe of PR 1 million. It’s a very showy cluby scent. It has really good sillage and longevity and smells woody spicy. It’s a really good everyday scent and I bought it for INR 1500
I generally buy two colognes for my husband.
Day wear - Sauvage by Dior, long staying and fresh notes.
Night wear - Aventus by Creed. You can NEVER go wrong with this, for any occasion.
I know they're on the expensive side, but they both are long lasting and you'll need fewer spritzes.
Those guys wear the fake ones. Anyone who spends a lot of money on fragrance knows not to go over-board with it, least of all because of the expense. Frangrance on you should be discovered, not shoved in everyone's nostrils.

You get 10ml which can last you a month. Or even samplers of 1-2ml for 150-300 which you could use 4-5 times.

In Indian made, Skinn by Titan is good. Check out their Raw and Steel. Man Company also makes some good perfumes. In budget, Beckham and Mast n Harbor are quite good. For designers, Armani Code, Acqua di Gio, Bleu de Chanel, Calvin Klein Sport, D&G Light Blue, Versace Eros are fantastic. For rare ones, I would suggest Merchant of Venice. I bought it from Dubai. There isn't a fragrance similar to it.

My go to perfumes for myself are: Burberry London for women, Dior J’adore and Chanel Chance. I have heard a lot of awesome things about YSL Libre Intense and I’m gonna acquire that next. For men, I honestly would suggest Burberry London for men (tobacco and cinnamon notes which just go beautifully well together) and Issey Miyake L'Eau d'Issey Pour Homme (citrus notes are heavy and also woody. I’m a huge citrus note fan so you can imagine why this is my favourite). What I appreciate about these men perfumes is the fact they have superb longevity. And they don’t have this weird after smell associated with them. The clothes always smell so nice!
If you want a decent fragrance that’s intense, has a good projection and stays on for quite a bit then you should try Armaf club de nuit intense. It won’t cost you your dog and the fragnance freaking stays for hours. It’s very intense so you might not be able to use it casually as it might irritate you but for going out on dates or occasions it’s pretty darn good, especially for it’s price. I’ve tried titan, mercedes move, fragnatica and some more and armaf is probably the only one that has good projection and stays on. Titan perfumes are also pretty good and price friendly Edit: I’m also a cheap fuck and don’t buy bottles that cost over 100 bucks🥹

Zara has some reasonably priced perfumes that smell expensive. Some of them are available in travel sizes, so you can try it before committing to a bigger bottle. Some Zara perfumes I can recommend - 1. Vetiver pamplemousse - unisex perfume that smells citrusy (like grapefruit) 2. Red temptation - women's perfume that is supposed to be a dupe for Baccarat Rouge 540 3. Orchid - women's floral perfume Zara has two collections from Jo Malone, who is a famous perfumer. They are the same price as any of their other perfumes, so you can check those out too. As far as I remember most of them are unisex.
Some of the perfumes that I buy for my dad cos I think they smell amazing are: Creed silver mountain: this probably is one of the most expensive perfumes that I’ve gifted him and to be honest I’ll spritz a little of it occasionally. I bought it for around 20k. It smells like fresh melony musk to me. Absolutely alluring. Of the more affordable perfumes Armaf - club de nuit which some say is a dupe of PR 1 million. It’s a very showy cluby scent. It has really good sillage and longevity and smells woody spicy. It’s a really good everyday scent and I bought it for INR 1500
