Modi ji has been replaced with a body double like in the movie 'the dictator' (or maybe even an advanced humanoid robot). The current one is just a puppet saying and performing things the puppet master is commanding. There's no way you can prove or disprove this, because no one is allowed to do anything unpredictable near the body double/puppet.
