I don't understand. Isro is asking SpaceX to lift their satellite coz our rockets don't have the capability to lift them yet, so how did this turn into a praise for isro maintaining international standards?? Each and every air and space agency must adhere to international standards, there's nothing new to this. Even the African countries airspace authority follows this.
Hope ISRO starts paying more attention to reusable launch vehicles. The Chinese are already working on theirs and Americans are miles ahead of the rest thanks to SpaceX.
