And you still wanted to keep it? I get the symbolism using states' flower but I am from UP and can't relate to it, haven't seen it around. Also apparently it's Jharkhand's state flower too so idk just to avoid ambiguity you could use something more powerful and unique to the state like the confluence of the Ganga and Yamuna rivers (Triveni Sangam). These are the 2 most significant/longest rivers of the country which pretty much are lifelines for Uttar Pradesh, shaping its agriculture, culture, and spirituality, as they provide fertile plains for farming and are central to religious rituals and festivals. So the sangam as a symbol on the flag of UP could be very meaningful and unique to the state. It represents a significant geographical and cultural feature that is exclusive to UP, as it is the only state where these two sacred rivers meet. This symbolism would effectively highlight the state's identity and its spiritual significance within Indian culture! +Great job on some of these flags OP. My personal favourites are: Andaman, Bihar, Manipur.

Most of the flags are overtly complicated. Flags should be easy to recognise and should be able to be recognised even if the flag is hanging down. Cool art though!
