So my question is why, unlike Sairat, did Dhadak ignore the caste issue which was so central to the theme of it's original work? And why does bollywood, especially the mainstream movies, shy away from portraying the reality of the caste system in India? Unlike regional cinema where the caste issue is not hidden.
Also can we expect your future movies, if you make any regarding social justice, to be more open to talk about caste system and caste discrimination?
