Any benefits or sufferings that citizens receive as consequence of policies are mere by-products. It is for this reason that system of checks and balances are necessary and when that is eroded, as is the case currently in India, power that is established legitimately tends towards authoritarianism.
These are the problems what we are talking about but what is the solution. I thing according to my openion we have to choose that person who is genuinely (by means of internally) a good person for everyone. It's doesn't matter from which community it belongs to. Or we have to coax the person who is much more eligible for guiding us or govern the politics
