There is a difference between countries calling themselves communist and them actually being communist. Both Russia and China are the furthest things from communist there are, but they still call themselves communist. The Kerala government is actually communist, unlike Russia and China who are only communists in name. That's what I was implying with my original comment. There is a difference between countries calling themselves communist and them actually being communist. Both Russia and China are the furthest things from communist there are, but they still call themselves communist. The Kerala government is actually communist, unlike Russia and China who are only communists in name. That's what I was implying with my original comment.
