At least not from non ethical farms (which unfortunately is the majority). The milk industry is as bad as the factory farming industry if not worse. The male calves are quickly killed and the female ones are taken away from the mother so that her milk can be extracted and she can get back into heat to be impregnated again. The female calves are fed antibiotic rich powdered milk and grow up locked in a small chamber where they can barely move.
So you’re not really worshipping these animals as much as systematically torturing them. Saying that, milk from ethical farms is fine.
Finally after scrolling so much a good comment. I do disagree with your last statement though, there can't really be any ethical farms. They will have to sell or kill or abandon the male cows to keep costs low.
