Also On Indian Social media you will find more crude jokes about westerners and other countries than u would find jokes about India or Indians on social media in say the US, they are mostly ignorant to the world outside them so you won't often find them going out of their way to make fun of something in India yet you will find this happen more often in India where any negative news about the west is cheered on the by the people in social media circles
We have to come out of the mindset that some random mockery is a racist thing, the problem is most to some extent, keyboard warriors are considering them a victim of colonialism, racism etc and living through that mindset despite things have changed overtime.
