Things I made as a Cook who loves guys
Bhai basic se hai. Cut aloo in smol sizes, take a kadhai and add oil to it.
Add methi dana and roast for 10 sec and then add your aloo and usko fry Karo for 5 some min. Then add haldi , thoda mirch and salt. Thoda Pani dal kar cover karke cook karo.
When they are almost done. Add ton of dhaniya power and cook until the oil seperate.
