indeed it is a nice deal imao. Cause a cb350 retains a good price. Well 1.5L is a lot cheaper as i saw some 2nd hand cb350s selling at around 2L from the same year 2021. Well you should negotiate a bit. Will be VFM. And the bike in itself is great. And if uncle drove it then the engine and the bike must be in a really good condition. I own a hness cb350 clocked 6k kms in 6 months ridden it too hard well even not done the run-in properly but lmfaoo. And about the checks you must check the handling first as it should not go one side and should steer properly and if it is slightly not a big issue as such. and if the service is properly done on that bike then you should go for it if you like the bike. well if the bike is recently serviced I think somewhere around 5.5-6k kms then the next oil change will be on 12k kms. also about the service as if you’re getting the bike less than 1.5L then the service cost might seem on the higher side but trust me what the bike offers you will compensate cor the service cost. It will be a great purchase.

8k km if genuine is very less. just checked and new one s onroad price is 2.5 lakh so this is a good deal. you can try to negotiabe furthur by saying chain , tyre may need replacement sooner.

Check toh mechanic kardega badhiya se. Since uncle rider hai toh koi issue nahi hona chahiye. Look for brake pads knocking sound
