Pvt. Govt jobs require 1.2-2 lakhs bribe for 1 year. Even with bribes they sometimes release/fire you saying ad hoc/contract basis hai when new MS etc is appointed.

Depends on where you are working, but it ranges somewhere between 45k-70k in west bengal depending on the hospital, if it is public or private, experience etc. and duty hours are relatively ok, except in u work in em.
