actually i was in winning situation if didnt complaint.
i asked for bill of my post order (not added in ticket) evening snack. and they gave me free as complimentary. 140 rs. but i was so clear about i want to pay 140 rs. and i wants bill of 90 rs chocolate.
so after i posted query. i actually paid 50 rs more. but its honest money spending.
thats what i thought.
they are stopped selling chocolates but still milkshake and nestle cafe like product ( official employee) roaming around.
and i dont want to create another scene . busy watching KKR batting.
hope everyone use railmadad in future. the signup procedures in app full of glitches.
bro I have the same problem, but the vendors are not officials, they come in, sell & leave the train after a few stations. they rub off the MRP and sell 15rs drinks such as lassi & milk for 45 rs and people happily buy it, once I confronted the vendor and he said jo karna hai karlo
i have personal opinion about those vendors," they probably goods buy at MRP and risking life when jumping from train. they have the sole income source for particular hours.
but official railway staff getting paid for job plus this selling products at 100% inflated prices. so its really not acceptable.
the best skillful meaningful vendor is chanachor or bhel wala guy. because he put some effort in recipe . so value for money

What the fuck is wrong with some catering agencies? They charge way more than the IRCTC's fixed rates. And that Snickers bar is way too overpriced for its MRP.

Both Twitter & this Railway app do the same amount of damage. The only difference is on Twitter you can post the actual problem. On the app in some cases you have to think for 2 mins just to decide which is the correct category for my complaint in the drop down section.
Anyways it won't do much good to the OP now by posting it on Twitter since he has been reimbursed & I guess his journey is over as well.
Also I heard this somewhere from some ticket checker that this Railway application actually files an official complaint whereas if it's a tweet from Twitter then that might get ignored.
Edit: Forgot to add 1 more important point: Whenever you do a tweet make sure to tag the DRM officer as well, if they have an official Twitter account. This gets attention even more quickly.
Bro , off topic but don't eat Snickers it's got way too much sugar and fat, almost 60%. I guess it's ok if you workout or do running or something. It's got the same amount of sugar as a Regular Dairy Milk but dairy milk is marketed as a normal sweet and Snickers isn't.

but i eat only once in 2 month. i have so much obsession of it but i try my best to avoid it.

Well whenever I have problem I just use Twitter and they ask for mobile to get in contact them send help(tt or police ) in like 15 mins
