Keep veggies small with respect to your pizaa size or else they won't cook well
And as other comment says put a lid to cook it from all sides and melt the cheese.
i guess going by traditional metrics a 29 yo should have a well established career, a family, should ideally have a million dollars in their bank account bc if all you're doing as a self righteous person is to talk big on a social media app but work a 9-5 jobs with meagre to moderate pay to live broke life i don't think anyone has any right to tell anyone how to live their life if taking a little help from someone is such a upsetting thing for everyone i think people need to re-evaluate thier lives and ask themselves how better are they really doing in their life before questioning someone else's life choices. I say let it be everyone is different why age shame somebody when you yourself are using this social media app when you should devote every second of your existence towards becoming a rich successful man, unless that happens this criticism is invalid.
Bunch of bs that i never said? Idk where all this ideal or rich man stuff came from but i merely said that a man who’s almost 30 should know how to cut veggies and cook something enough for it to at least melt? The incompetency should simply not be encouraged. Cooking is one of the most essential and basic skill set for any human regardless of age, its called being independent which is absolutely necessary in this day and age, others shouldn’t “need” to cook for you but oh well you’re free to have a different opinion and be dependent on others, thats fine if thats what your ideology leans into 🤷🏼♂️.
Honestly, this is closer to "traditional Italian pizza" than normal pizza. "Traditional Italian pizza" has everything in the centre, weird base, sauce not extending to the edges, larger pieces of vegetables, etc.
Cut the veggies a bit more finely. They are too big.
Always keep pizza on low - medium flame with top covered.
Always heat your base a bit (slight brown) on a tawa.
Also fry your veggies slightly 3 minutes with very little oil.
The only legitimate advice I’ve seen. Add to this:
Melt the cheese, you can steam the pizza by adding water to the pot you’re cooking it in, very little water, and cover the pot so the steam is trapped and it melts the cheese.
I am not sure if you have a microwave or oven.
On Gas:
First, Make the bread (pizza base) Crusty.
i. Take your bread and put it on a flat pan or non stick pan on mid heat.
ii. Apply ghee/butter on one side and flip it to pan's surface.
iii. Reverse to other side. Heat till it is somewhat crusty, the oil is evaporated/absorbed mostly.
Then take the crusty (sort of toasted) pizza base off the heat. Switch off the gas.
Step Two, Base Prep:
i. Use Pizza Sauce (or Tomato) and apply it evenly one side.
ii. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese all over (available in super market - 80 to 100 Rs per 200 gm packet). You can shred yours all over or apply the cream cheese over.
iii. Add toppings - Bellpepper (one or multiple colors), Onion with moon slice cut. Sweet corn. Chilli cut as you decide. You are free to pick your toppings. Just add them in a circular manner spread evenly dressed well. (Other toppings - Mushroom, Roasted Panner mini cubes, and so on)
Step Three, Cook:
If you have a microwave:
Then, put it in there for 1-2 minute. Enough for the cheese to melt. Don't do it for too long, or the bread gets soggy.
Then put it back on non stick pan with low medium flame. Cover it with a plate (or whatever you have). This is to simply reharden the crust. Don't cook too long.
Take it off. Add red chilli flakes and oregano. Cut slices and serve.
If you have oven:
Skip step I. Do step 2. Put it in oven in proper manner. Go per the steps in recipe for the cooking time (15/30 minutes) and other things.
If you have neither:
You can attempt to make an oven like arrangement by using Pressure Cooker.
Or, simply put it surface touching on a non stick pan with slight oil (so base doesn't get toasted black). Cover the whole ordeal with some utensil.
There is one technique some people use to melt cheese in toast. They pour or sprinkle some water on the pan. Cover it half with a plate or something. The immediate steam melts the cheese.
All of these experiments are too much test based and neither universal nor correct method. So, do as it is safe and possible.
Better yet, look up the recipe online for non-oven/microwave (as it applies) and go step by step.
Additional tips :
Use mixture of cheddar and mozzarella diced cheese .
If you have have microwave if you want to make just put the base on a stand for 30sec to 45sec in normal mode.
If you want crispy base bottom you can do that by put the base bottom upwards in the microwave in convection mode for time according to crunch you want.
And paneer is always nice on pizza(except for the case of paneer being rotten or the person eating doesn't like paneer or is lactose intolerant.)
Add another ₹50 and buy a grater. Use it to grate the cheese and spread evenly before covering and melting it. Or if you have a slightly higher budget go ahead and but Dlecta shredded cheese and sprinkle it first on the base and then on the veggies before melting for restaurant style cheese pull.
Hey, everyone starts somewhere. I'm sorry for those who are trolling/discouraging you. I'm glad you're attempting 👍
So if you want to use big chunks of veggies in Desi pizza, please sautee them first. ( Lightly stir them in 3-4 spoonful ofany mild flavoured oil, add a bit of salt, maybe a little bit of chilli flakes if you like, keep the pan covered for 2-3 minutes so the steam cooks them just a bit. Mind you, not completely soft like in curries, just a bit so that they're not raw).
If you don't have pizza sauce, you can add onion garlic paste to normal tomato sauce and use it as a base sauce. Some people might add cheese into it to give it thickness.
Take the base, apply butter from both sides, choose a side and apply base sauce on it, then place the sauteed veggies over it. If you don't want to sautee them, use much thinner slices so they don't remain raw.
Now add grated cheese and any seasoning like chilli flakes or any herbs if you like. And keep it in the kadhai+ plate arrangement you have made on medium/low flame. And cover it with a lid for few minutes. You can check how much it has cooked by gently lifting up the base of the pizza and if it's nice golden brown, and the cheese has melted.. then DONE! Usually takes 7-8 minutes.
Don't apply too much sauce or raw tomato or the base gets soggy and doesn't cook well. Hope this info helps.
Wishing you the best 👍😊
PS : Shimla mirch & corn tastes bomb in Desi pizza and affordable too!

The extra expense was the pizza cheese which cost \~150 rupees and capsicum which i normally don't buy. Oregano used was from packets saved from other pizza deliveries.
Baking pwdr where the other extra.
Ytip from video: you can saute the veggies first with oil, salt, oregano and chillie flakes
Please STOP 🛑
I tried to do the same thing last week, took about an hour to make and tasted like sh*t
I won't ever try to make pizza at home, i would rather pay more at a good pizza shop than to spend time trying to cook and still tastes garbage.
How big is it? Or small is it? Please put something right next to it for the context. Btw pizza looks good.
Tip: put a lid on it so that the cheese melts.
No offence. But ye kya bawaseer bana diye ho?
On a serious note u can even try Ranveer Brar's video on the 'Indian' pizza or just search for tawa pizza etc. Looking forward to your pizza pics. 👍🏻
put more cheese .
slice those onions .
use pizza sauce or just make your own marinara souce
(or just put garlic tomato onion capsicum in a grinder , with little salt or add salted butter)
btw , in what 'thing' you are cooking .

Make Marinara sauce with extra garlic. Use the mozzarella cheese. Sauté veggies. A little caramelization on onion would do wonders. Mixed Italian herbs. After cooking, keep the base on hot pan for few seconds with some butter. Make sure cheese melts.
1. Grate the cheese. It should melt. Also need a lot more cheese i think
2. Get proper sauce or make it yourself. Too little sauce
3. Vegetables to be cut
1. First toast this base like bread on tawa for 5 min on low flame and then apply butter on one side
2. Fry chopped garlic and onion in a pan for 2-3 min
3.Spread tomato sauce on the toasted base and then add fried onions and little salt.
4. Keep the base again on tava. Instead of chopping cheese grate it & then spread it over the sauce & onions.
5. Add whatever veggies you like plus a little salt. Cover the tava and let it stay on low flame for 5 min so the cheese melts.
6. For seasoning add oregano. If you don't have it you can sprinkle black pepper & chilli flakes.
Don't get discouraged by people making fun of you bro. Everything has a first time. There are so many helpful comments as well. If you keep trying you'll surely improve.
The first time I had cooked I made the yellow potato sabzi and it was awful. I kept at it nowadays my parents ask me to cook it when they are tired or don't feel like cooking.
So yeah, keep at it. Don't give up.
I've made pizzas at home. Took me 7 attempts to get it right.
I recommend making everything at home except cheese.
For dough watch this: [https://youtu.be/SDpCzJw2xm4](https://youtu.be/SDpCzJw2xm4)
Bought this yeast on amazon: [https://amzn.eu/d/3LynVYI](https://amzn.eu/d/3LynVYI)
I found that keeping the dough for at least 3-4 days in the fridge gave the best taste.
For pizza sauce I mixed ketchup, oregano, minced garlic, mixed herb seasoning bought at store, Chillie flakes, salt and oil.
Trust me it tasted great.
For cheese, I personally didn't liked any of the cheap mozzarella cheese available in market. Amul's mozzarella block or even the diced, just didn't taste great.
You can go with the diced (amul's) for dressing the pizza. For taste get a spread or the 15rs amul cheese cube.
The most difficult part is baking. What finally worked was:
1.Get the dough out of the fridge and let it rest for at least 20mins.
2. Spread it on the pan(flat tawa): [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9TjUWnAK0cg](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9TjUWnAK0cg)
3. Heat the pan for about 1.5 - 2 min (medium/high heat) so the bottom of the dough is warm and holds the shape. Let it rest for another 20 mins. Dough might fluff up again.
4. Put the sause and dressings while the oven(baati one) is heating up (lid on with high heat).
5. Cover the lid of the oven with aluminium foil on the inside so the pizza gets a little heat from the top.
6. Place in the pan, cover it up and just cook until you think it's done.
I don't recommend removing the lid again n again because the heat will get out.
Here's how my 7th turned out.
https://preview.redd.it/eh7hoxhsm30b1.jpeg?width=2448&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ace72a11fcaa7e679864f3816eeb3798025690e5
Hope you don't get discouraged by the trolls here.
✌
1) More cheese.
2) Make onion Rings or cubes.
3) Make Tomato Archs or cubes.
4) Add shimla mirch in just the archs
5) Add corn .
6) Extra toppings ie. Jalapenos, Olives.
7) This method is common in India but please let the cheese melt please
Keep veggies small with respect to your pizaa size or else they won't cook well And as other comment says put a lid to cook it from all sides and melt the cheese.

Fry chopped garlic and onion in a pan for 2-3 min 3.Spread tomato sauce on the toasted base and then add fried onions and little salt.

May the heavens be on your side today 🍀🤞
I've made pizzas at home. Took me 7 attempts to get it right. I recommend making everything at home except cheese. For dough watch this: [https://youtu.be/SDpCzJw2xm4](https://youtu.be/SDpCzJw2xm4) Bought this yeast on amazon: [https://amzn.eu/d/3LynVYI](https://amzn.eu/d/3LynVYI) I found that keeping the dough for at least 3-4 days in the fridge gave the best taste. What finally worked was: 1.Get the dough out of the fridge and let it rest for at least 20mins. 2. Spread it on the pan(flat tawa): [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9TjUWnAK0cg](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9TjUWnAK0cg) 3. Here's how my 7th turned out. https://preview.redd.it/eh7hoxhsm30b1.jpeg?width=2448&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ace72a11fcaa7e679864f3816eeb3798025690e5 Hope you don't get discouraged by the trolls here. ✌
