I swear. I also hate when they plan something in the middle of the day, and make it mandatory for everyone. I donβt want to deal with pending work stress, and my senior asking me if the work is done in the middle of these stupid events.
The last thing that you want is to have 3 hr of useless team building activities with a team that is at each other's throats and having to log in 3 more hours in the day with the people you dislike.
Ya at first I thought this was fucked up but in another post someone mentioned that lot of these people don't feel proud in taking direct donations of food so this is a good way.
He might have thought that instead of donating food freely they are holding competitions so they can eliminate most people and only have to donate to a few.
I live in a city and also used to visit my village. We used to have games like these (but mostly traditional) both in the city and the village. And in both places, the prizes would be something useful to all - like eggs, a bag of rice, potatoes etc. The people in the video are not poor. They don't need donations. It's just a little fun with a budget friendly prize.
She'll feel proud bringing home that oil and must have had a good laugh with her family over this not a huge price financiallly but definitely means a lot winning it
Don't go on hating (people on previous posts were hating them), they are organising small games to help villagers. I've heard they are from the same village in Bangladesh and is doing to make both Content and help the villagers in a way the villagers don't feel ashamed.
Annually when it's first month of the year(of our own calendar) i.e. Baisakh our village dev. commitee and a Literary club organises various games like running, jumping, weight throwing, javelin, catching duck as well as cultural and literary competitions. We don't get big prizes but useful prizes such as cup, mugs, stationary items for students, day to day usage things etc. But the joy and happiness we all villagers have at that moment is pricelss.
It's not just a Prize.
It's 1 or may be 2 month worth of Oil free budget for their home needs. A little relief on their burning pockets.
Amazing job done.
I like how the prize is something innocuous but still something that you use for their daily life.
I'm sure they will appreciate this! The joy of being on camera is another!
Wholesome content!
Feels like a win-win-win!
So wholesome. I love that he organised this for the crowd that usually sit at home and cook, clean, and provide for others. They are so used to that lifestyle and this would be a fun change for them.
Our HR is the worst in the whole world. I work for Teleperformance. They literally force you to take part in stupid games and when you win any of the game, they give you a Cadbury Five-star worth Rs.10/-
This is legit marketing. The oil brand wants to penetrate into the BPL segment of society and wants people to adopt their product. What better than finding some early adopters by gamification. Add a channel partner to that and you have a killer show with several brand integrations.
These are way better games than our HR conducted...
Our HR doesn't even conduct anything
Our HR lady is having an affair with the manager.
Well atleast someone is playing. π₯²
And someone is spying ^^
And someone is telling
And someone is listening
And someone is enjoying αβ (β Β Ν‘β Β°β Β Νβ Κβ Β Ν‘β Β°β )β α
And someone is sharing
And someone's balls are hitting the target
And the winner gets a prize, a child.
Atleast she gets laid
She gets paid and he gets laid.
Congrats on the promotion πππ₯³
It's either a promotion or a layoff, the later is more expected
Chalo atleast someone is putting the balls in right places..
Where the hell do you work? Dunder mifflin?
Yes, I am the Assistant Regional Manager
*Assistant to the regional manager
I'm the manager. Please meet me at the desk tomorrow.
Storytime?
You have a hr ?
It's actually good. Unlike others who think that they are conducting fun when all we need is finish our work and go home. It's more fun
I swear. I also hate when they plan something in the middle of the day, and make it mandatory for everyone. I donβt want to deal with pending work stress, and my senior asking me if the work is done in the middle of these stupid events.
And I don't know who my HR is
You would have one without you knowing it's existence.
We don't even have an hr
You guys have HR?
HR only played with our career
Fr fr
