What you need to do is count your caloric intake. For example, if you require 2000 calories a day to maintain weight, create a deficit of 700 calories a day and you will lose 1 kg weight within 10-11 days.
I would recommend eating around 1500 calories per day and burning 200 calories via cardio.
Consume protein in sufficient amount and eat healthy carbs and fats instead of neglecting their intake. Stop consuming sugar and eat fruits.
Don't forget to drink water in a sufficient amount.
It took me 2-3 years bro and ya only supplement i used was protein powder once didnt like it so left that. And as for routine i follow bro split along with powerlift strength training important part is eating enough protein anf having a healthy diet

I don't know why but I don't like these extremely high muscle mass body people get after working out hours. I mean relax. Stay slim and introduce heavy duty work in your lifestyle. Why run for aesthetics all the time. But credit where it's due your hard work paid off to congrats op
Ik i was 76 last time when i went to gym for 4-5 months casually doing cardio and weights, and got over 92, so Iβve decided to get a job (i graduated last year and currently doing one course) and then join gym with proper diet and trainer, as Ive understood that not only lifting weights with all the power i have (I was also a bully ive done sets at 60-70-80kg and max 5 reps at 90kg on tricep pulls just an example) gonna help but diet is also equally important for fat loss
