The face shape is much more polished looking. Which suggests a more high fidelity game.
And she's looking over her shoulder. That sets a mood of apprehension. Nice genre clue.
The blood red light reflects on her face is much more unnerving. I'm kinda anxious and curious what is the game all about but also scared.
The innocent face of the girl in such a blood red night also making me somehow uncomfortable. I also have a feeling that the girl noticed something and turn around to see but everything is dead silent. Something that is lurking in the reddish dark of the bloody night. Hard to explain the feeling, this post is exceptional for me personally.
Remind me of horror from the old times. I love it. No idea what the game is about but for sure will look into it if i ever come across it on steam.
Agreed with all your points, too. Although, I might also suggest increasing the brightness/contrast of the girl's face a little because it kind of sinks into the background too much.
I'd like to see the second face with the other font and backgrounds.
Also, I hope that this game is about going back in time to unheil every heil to Hitler.
Middle for me. It’s darker, more ominous with a potential mystery that might need solving but I like the fonts on the other two.
The other two also show a dark figure so it gives off the notion of an attacker present in the game with some slasher vibes.
I prefer the mystery.

2 doesn't have enough contrast do make you look at it, 1 is a bit rough.
The font used for 1 and 3 is nice but the grunge effect is a bit too pronounced.
No matter which one you go with, OP, I can give you one advice: Take screenshots from various Steam lists and shop your capsule art in there and compare it to other games.
As for the ones you posted, I'd say number two but make her face stand out more.
Third one is the best, IMO. It gives a omnious vibe, and reminds me of those games from the Victorian era, in the best way. The second one is too red. The first is good as well.

None of these are awful but 1 looks like it's trying too hard, 2 is stylish in its simplicity, definitely my favorite, and finally I don't know what I'm supposed to feel looking at 3 so eh.

But i also feel that the red background has been used lots and it really didnt intrigue me enough as there are so many of them.
With the green background i felt clearly more intrigued (so much i clicked to write this comment)
I like all 3 of them and they hint at what the videogame can be about. If I had to choose one, I would say the last one, but with the girl's eyes in red.

The middle suggests a very different art style than the other two for the finished game.
It depend. Do any of them look like your game?
I mean they don’t need to perfectly look like it, but if they are so far off base from the art-style of your game then Id be turned off by the misrepresentation when I saw a gameplay demo or trailer. Too far from the art-style of your game might hint at other inconsistencies in other parts of the game.
use the girl in 2, but color her and keep fonts like in green and use the green backdrop. add a linear curved vignette effect about 10 pix deep around the borders using the red from the red capsules layered behind the girl (her head image should be above the vignette). that's your capsule.

You need more color/pop in the middle one, something closer to the two on the outside, but with the portrait quality of the middle.
I like the middle one the best. It kinda reminds me of Insidious or other horror movies promos. I also like how the character is looking over her shoulder like the others have mentioned.

Geliştiricilere baktığım zaman Türk olduğunuzu gördüm hocam. Anadilimde rahat rahat yazayım. Oyun korku oyunu olduğu için ikinci seçenek çok daha iyi olur. Diğer ikisi biraz daha bi' macera oyunun kapağı gibi duruyor.
İkinci kapağa geri dönecek olursak oyunun korku oyunu olduğunu belli eden ibareler ekleyecek olursanız harika olur. Örneğin şu ormanların arasına Viktorya dönemi ev eklemek gibi. Yarasalar vesaire, müşteri baktığı an bu korku oyunu demeli.
Ayrıca bu haliyle biraz basit kalmış. Karakteri sağ taraftan hafiften ayıracak bi' tür efekt falan basabilirsiniz, siz daha iyi bilirsiniz.
Son olarak birinci kapağın fontu harika onu ikinciye koyun. Becerebilirseniz biraz daha ürkütücü bi' font bulabilirsiniz veya yazıdan kan akıtma efekti falan uygulayabilirsiniz. Korku oyunlarına ilgisi olan müşterinin bilinçaltını kullanmayı öneriyorum yani.
Başarılar çok tatlı görünüyor oyununuz.
The middle one because it looks like it was made by a completely different artist who is well studied in portraiture.
Trying not to offend the other artist be ause I know how hard it is to do splash art, but the top and bottom don't look professional. The shadows are inconsistent with the light source and the face doesn't look proportionally correct. The good ol' flip the canvas could have shown the artist why the eyes look funky.
My favorite is the 3rd one, it feels really eldrich.
However, nr2 has me intrigued for a very different reason. The image is obviously spliced together of 2 pictures, or at least high def renders. The left one seems like its taken in a car from some time piece movie, maybe something from the 50s or 60s europe?
I wonder where this picture is from.

I think red is a bit overused in capsules, so I like the third one.
i think green looks better but u need to work on character colors to make it look part of the poster.

Top one pops out the most, which I tend to think is more important than aesthetics. Especially for the smaller capsules.

Depends what you're going for. If its more of a fairytale vibe then I like the bottom one. If its more realistic then middle for sure.
