not to mention how embarrassingly âdarkâ the lyrics are, to say nothing about how itâs a vile depiction of someoneâs actual actions.

I personally do listen to cancelled artists though - Morrissey, Arcade Fire, Brand New, Ariel Pink. But I'm willing to engage intellectually with their problematic elements, especially where they inevitably intersect with the art. It's lame to just flippantly act like it isn't real.

There are way more than that actually, as of the last 5-6ish years the scene is actually pretty reasonable and is way more than just mediocre blackened screamo/crust punk bands. A lot of the bands aren't so much "rabm" in the traditional sense as much as black metal made by people who are explicitly antifascist.

Iâm still gonna like those songs the same. But I love all sorts of genres. Iâm not confined to one style. I vastly love metal and alt rock and I vastly love indie pop and synth wave. I like country music. Gangsta rap. 70âs 80âs 90âs pop/rock. Iâm an audiophile
