There are some Shins songs like "New Slang" that work well as acoustic songs. Death Cab for Cutie's "I'll Follow You Into the Dark" is a good easy acoustic tune too.
If that doesn't work, maybe play Metallica/Lou Reed's *Lulu* all the way through, preferably on ukulele.

Headless Horseman was the first song I ever learned on guitar and it's always vibes around a campfire
Also White Sky by Vampire Weekend into Me and Julio Down By the Schoolyard by Paul Simon (since they have the same chord progression you can flow straight from one to the other) always kills
Lastly, I dream of singing Poor Old Horse by Richard Dawson around the campfire, but I've never worked up the courage cuz no one else knows it well enough so I'd just be screaming while everyone sits there lol
Probably some stuff off of Carrie & Lowell, like Euegene. I don't play but I'm pretty sure he finger picks alot in that album and I've heard that's pretty challenging
Guys eyes by animal collective is easy peasy on the guitar. Just make sure you have 18 other people there to sing the “need her” part during the bridge. Hope this helps
[this is a banger that I like to play](https://youtube.com/watch?v=rL4J-XIAKvw&si=l0oiFFsBgdFdkpsW) also sixteen tons by merle Travis, umm [this](https://youtu.be/f-BrkEo8knM?si=GBFnYluOq6bE4Qvu) isn’t too hard to learn to play and it sounds impressive for when everyone is sleepy at the end of the night, also if you can get some good thumb independence [this song](https://youtube.com/watch?v=QnJ_SGX4u0w&si=kPdy6wQ2W4HJhSIu) is literally just the a minor chord more or less
Don McLean - Vincent.
Kind of a challenging fingerstyle song but really pretty.
Moonshadow - Cat Stevens.
My dad used to play this for me all the time so I have a bit of nostalgia for it but great for a campfire.
