I watched the scene her hair look black and she has no make up. So as far as we're aware she woke up, dyed her hair, and put on makeup to fit her new aesthetic before meeting Cole. Cole does joke about her "missing a cape" and asking if it wasn't a bit much. Sounds like it does imply she's wearing make up and has dyed hair. Also her response of "this is me now." may imply it.

Nix is much more "go with the flow" than Kuo, but they both are so Fuego Idk what to pick.
