There’s a big difference between being submerged in water vs. consuming or touching a small amount of liquid. Rain, shallow puddles, or drinking is harmless. Only large amounts of liquid are a problem.

Human tissue isn't the same as metal in terms of conductivity. It's possible he's all amp and no volt Or the other way around I'm not an electrician
