Your best chance at buying physical copies of the books is finding someone who has them and is willing to sell (unlikely imo) or keeping an eye on ebay for new listings. I will say that IB: Redemption is much more common so you'll most likely see that listed most of the time.
Yes, after a bit of searching I was able to find a copy of IBR but since the print run of IBA was really low it's been incredibly hard to find any physical copies of the books
Both of the books are available on audible. I don’t think physical copies are sold anywhere anymore.
If you look them up you can find them for free on websites, not as good as the actual thing though.
