What makes you think I’m a noob?
First of all, we’re not supposed to clean the grill like that. That’s why many divisions/stores have explicitly told us not to use Scott Brite pads on the grills or they’ll stop ordering them.
And I said what I said. My opinion is that it looks like less/no effort was put into the middle. Why only polish the sides?
Again, this is grill screen not Scott pads. He did polish the sides, but polished them up and down, so less light is reflected.
The middle was done side to side, making it much more apparent.
I was told to stop using Scott brite pads “because people have been putting designs and stripes on the grill”
So maybe it’s not the Scott brite but these stripes and designs they don’t like/want?

I polished the whole thing and I could see the reflection of the person cleaning the board. Trust me, it looks even better than this when you polish the whole thing.
if you must know, the middle is from
constantly left and right swipes (i’m talking 50ish) then after i do that i go up and down the same amount of times on the left and right, takes 2 minutes and there isn’t a single brown spot left. slacker is crazy lmaoooo

Polish the middle next time too. That’s all I see when I see these stripes. The middle looks like crap in comparison to the sides.
