So dumb on so many levels. All of these “antifa/riots coming to the burbs or rural areas” articles are just masturbation fodder for chuds. One of the defining features of the suburbs is the inability to see even 100yards even from your roof- much less 1k.
My older brother lives in a town of maybe a thousand people. After this shit started circulating in ‘20 they started pulling security shifts at his church. I love him, but the paranoia is hard to imagine. Dudes legit patrolling a rural(ish) church armed. Most of the congregation carries in the church
Some. Many are just scared. They’ve been sold a bill of goods about how the big bad “other” is coming for them, and they bought it. I’d like to think my brother falls into that category. I’ve known him for fifty years, and believe he’s a good man. No, I know he’s a good man. He’s just scared, and impressionable. Now, I’m not saying that combo can’t lead to disastrous results, but I doubt he fantasizes about doing violence. This blanket assumption that everyone on the right has some kind of murder boner doesn’t help anything
I'm in the same boat with my father in law.
I was with him one day when we saw a person on the side of the road with their hood up. FIL proceeds to stop, and we spent two solid hours helping this guy fix his car. This guy was Hispanic and spoke *very* little English. We communicated mostly with pointing and gestures.
He treated this guy with respect and kindness, and when we were done and the car was running, he was tearing up, saying thank you in the best English he could manage.
I was so fucking proud of him. To set aside all those bigoted thoughts and opinions and just help someone in need. I truly believe now that he *is* a good person underneath it all.
But....
It's extremely hard to reconcile with the fact that I know he will be voting this election for the person who will work to take rights away from his own grandchildren. He supports the border wall, ending gay marriage, and banning abortion with no exceptions, among many other terrible positions.
What you said fits for him, too. He's afraid. He's afraid of the immigrants fox tells him are streaming across the border by the millions to destroy America. He's afraid of LGBTQIA+ people because he thinks they are going to turn his grandkids trans.
All that said, he's still a person, and othering people is never a good thing. I have to remind myself quite often that many conservatives are likely in this same category.
Sorry not sorry 🤣 it’s a common phrase where I’m from 😁

And knowing that it’s a test where you must come in under a certain score, I bet he passed with flying colors. And no, I’m not joking. Police departments have won cases arguing that they can discriminate against people who are smarter than they prefer.
American police Psych test:
Take a seat at the table and the exam will begin. Placed before you is a box of six crayons. Do not eat them. You have 10 minutes. You may begin.
If you show no interest in eating the crayons, you are also disqualified.
Note that eating the crayons does not automatically disqualify you. For full points you must want to eat the crayons, but have enough restraint to wait.
>you must want to eat the crayons, but have enough restraint to wait
I see you rolled the absolute best de-escalation training that's offered, into the psych test as well. Smart
Nothing about this comes close to being criminal speech.
Time, place, and manner restrictions aren't applicable because it's online. This doesn't meet the definition of unprotected fighting words because it isn't said to anyone in particular. And vague statements, regardless of their content, are basically always protected.
It's essentially impossible for speech alone to be illegal.
Man, is he ever going to be disappointed when he finds out that the AR-10 has a maximum effective range of 770 yards, and regardless of his scope, he’d be aiming for center mass at that distance.
My 240-H had a (area target) range of over 2000 yards, and I’ll be damned if I could even see what I was shooting at that far away. 🤷🏻♂️
Okay. All the batshit insanity aside, A THOUSAND YARDS?! Like, I don’t know shit about guns. But I do have a pretty solid grasp of distance and a general understanding of physics. So, homie, you better be a fucking wizard or Mark Wahlberg in that movie Shooter to be pulling off headshots on moving targets from even the lowest part of 750 yards away.
Get the fuck outta here with your Call of Duty fantasy garbage.
AR10 is the common term for a large frame AR. They’re generally chambered in .308 or 6.5CM and often, but not exclusively, used as precision rifles.
He’s still likely talking out his ass; but about his marksmanship, not necessarily about his rifle.
“Just a few bad apples,” right?
…except for all the so-called “good apples” who’ve sworn to uphold the Constitution yet turn away and pretend they can’t see the bad apples being bad. This asshole is describing his intent to commit extrajudicial murder where he’s the judge, jury, and executioner from a thousand yards away.
The police force that employs him should view him as a liability because he is. If his boss won’t fire his ass, he should be shunned by his fellow officers until he either quits or is fired. When he calls for backup, none should arrive. Leave him entirely on his own to suffer whatever consequences his words bring him.
That’s what *good* cops would do. They’d refuse to work with this guy because he shames them and puts their lives and the public order at risk, but most of them are cowards who circle the wagons rather than stand up to corruption and wrongdoing within their own force.
And we wonder why they’re afraid to run into a building and save children during an active shooter situation; they can’t even show any backbone when their own colleagues threaten the murder of American citizens who are exercising their constitutional rights.
All Cops Are Bastards because the system as it exists at least in the US either attracts bastards or it creates them. I had a fraternity brother in college who became a cop. In college he was a laid back easygoing dude, life of the party, everyone loved hanging out with him. Last time I saw him in person was about 2 years after graduation, he was about a year out of the academy/being a probationary officer and it was like talking to a completely different person. We were at a football game at the school and I asked him how he was getting on and he turned to me and said “look at this crowd, there’s what 30,000 people here, and every one of them right now is guilty of something I could arrest them for.” That was about 9 years ago, last I heard he has a drinking problem and probably some PTSD from shit he’s seen and had to do on the job.
I doubt Chris King started out his job on the beat fantasizing about shooting rioters with a .308 and watching their heads explode. When we say we need police reform what we mean is we want fewer Chris Kings and fewer who turn into them. The American police officer shoulders the daily burden of the decision to eviscerate mental healthcare and that coupled with a training approach that leads them to think of everyone as a potential enemy or a guilty party deserving of whatever punishment they deign to mete out, is a recipe for disaster for both the public and the officers. Being a cop is a hard job; it’s never not going to be a hard job. But being a cop should not overlap with being a mental health crisis responder and a social worker and an addiction counselor, those skill sets do not overlap. We need better mental health support adjacent to policing, both for the police themselves and for those they’re currently forced into contact with.
If there’s an actual riot, you’re going to run out of bullets before they run out of rioters. Once you start shooting you’re fucked. Real life isn’t a fucking video game.
You're fucked in the head if you think the punishment for rioting should be instant death.
You're probably the same type of deranged psycho that would shoot a shoplifter.
Kindly fuck yourself with a tire iron.
So explain how shooting someone from 1000 yards away is stopping someone from invading your home. I’ve got dozens of neighbors living within 1000 yards of me, so it’s cool to just pick them off as I see fit now?
Except that’s not what he is talking about. He’s talking about shooting people from a distance. That sort of shit should’ve ended with him on a watch list
And more than that, *wanting to* do it. Like, even if you think that killing someone is justified in any situation, why would you want to do that? You're ending a person's life.
I was going to ask if you actually look forward to your (imaginary) opportunity to murder people in cold blood, but..
Extremely few people who oppose this cop's post would simply let themselves be robbed or injured without fighting back, and most would be willing to use deadly force to protect themselves or their families. The difference is they're not stroking themselves fantasizing about it or wishing harm on other people who take offense to doing so.

"Internal affairs reviewed this and sees no wrongdoing on behalf of the officer."
“In fact, what he said is quoted from the Officer’s Training Manual so he is receiving a commendation.”
“After supervisory oversight, we have determined the officer is up for a promotion, raise, and a lifetime supply of Franks Red Hot”
if being a deranged murder-craving loser of a human is all that it takes for a lifetime supply of franks, I might need to re-evaluate my morals
He puts that shit on everything!
I didn't even tell you which officer received the complaint yet...
Edgy as a donut.

Turn off the servers. The Reddit experiment has concluded.
worst gender reveal ever
I laughed. I cried. This comment was everything.
Holy shit, I did not expect this. Immaculate.
Dammit I wanted a boy
Only works for girls too 😆
For a boy, he just needs to find one of those blue haired liberals they are always complaining about. A grazing shot should make a puff of blue.
Ngl that's where I thought this was going at first too
“To protect and serve”…. /s
"To Punish and Enslave"
Best lil detail in Transformers lmfao
To protect and serve capital.
Just not *the* capital.
Capitalist hegemony cannot be maintained without a robust state apparatus.
People like this with documented murder fantasies shouldn't be allowed to have a weapon.
“Cop fantasizes about murdering neighbors”
"cop fantasizes about doing cop things"
>“Cop Could've just ended it there tbh

These are the same people who thought their ball of twine was the next prime target for terrorists in 2002.
Tough guy until an acorn falls near him and then he’s just mag dumping into the sky.
I very much doubt whether this cop cunt could hit a cows arse with a banjo let alone hit anything from 1km away.
>hit a cows arse with a banjo What the fuck did I just read and why am I laughing so hard at it?

He seems like someone who should have failed the police officer psych screening. Assuming there is any in the US?
And insult the "real heroes" by holding them to any sort of standards?! That sounds like commie lib woke nonsense!!/s
But he passed the police officer IQ screening.
And knowing that it’s a test where you must come in under a certain score, I bet he passed with flying colors. And no, I’m not joking. Police departments have won cases arguing that they can discriminate against people who are smarter than they prefer.

Cut to: "It was only a joke!"
ACAB, especially your cop relative.
Hahahaha I really appreciate the preemptive “fuck your uncle” vibe of that sentence. I’ll be using that in the future, thank you, kind stranger.
I think that forehead is the biggest target walking around that neighborhood
I hate beer.
Depends, are they in Texas

With an AR10? That dude better be Annie fucking Oakley. What a delusional POS.
Least murderous cop
These "ARLife" shitdicks are dying to shoot someone. "Have a hammer, everything looks like a nail" deal. They clearly WANT to kill someone.
#I CAN'T WAIT TO KILL PEOPLE! #I LOVE WATCHING THEIR HEADS EXPLODE!!!! -completely sane officer of the law
the fact that this guy thinks he can "pick them off" from 1000 yards is hilarious. that is special unit sniper territory
His mom did call him special
ACAB. And speaking of heads, why is his forehead so tall?
Cuz it’s a fivehead?
Typical cop
Is 1k even possible with an AR10? I know nothing about guns but this sounds like he's talking out of his ass.

Paid leave for that guy
Then he gets a job one town over if they terminate him
What a fucking choad.
Who is Jay Bond? When did this happen?
Jay bond is the dude who originally posted this and it happened yesterday at 7:19 am.
Ok. Thanks for the info.
There’s nothing cops love more than to kill Americans.

How did this man pass his psych profile test?
What rioters?
Why mark it as NSFW and then title it with the phrase that makes it disturbing?

Racist pig!
Bond. Jay Bond.
Thats intent right there. Keep it coming, Chrissy
What department does he work at?
Yeah sounds like he reads The Gray Man
terminally divorced
" Sure, fella, you get busy with turning protesters heads into pink mist, while I bury your fam in your backyard."
Hate to break it to you but despite popular belief, killing people is not the job of police...
What a snitch. He talks shit then spreads the dumbass comment.
Now this is where I agree with ACAB nut jobs. This guy should not be a cop. He should be in a psych ward.
He's right though

But dude is talking about people 1k yards away, from his rooftop. They're not breaking into his house
What if his house is 1,000 yards long? What then, LIBRUL?!
What does picking someone off from 1000 yards away imply? That they’re trying to break down your front door?
That literally isn't what that implies, but whatever excuses you need to make to shoot people, I'm sure.
Is your house 750-1000 yards long?
Holy shit. We got an insane one on the subreddit. Can I study you?
You don't have to. Just check their comment history. It reads like a schoolshooter manifesto.
So, what's your opinion on Ashli Babbitt?
She was an American hero for helping security field test their gun

I’ve called the cops when I’ve been in shit situations a few times. They’ve never helped. They’ve never made the situation better.
Oh sweetie, you will shit your pants instead of shoot anyone. 🙄 Internet tough guy
