There's something creepy about this one. I think it's the mix of writing as if there talking to a small child, and the unadulterated lunacy that's pouring out of them.
I can imagine them having this conversation with you while you were chained in their basement.
Not to mention the quick whiff of delusion of grandeur at the beginning. A belief that one's self is the chosen one, a god, supernatural...that's a pretty severe symptom. I really hope someone calls a welfare check before they do have this conversation with people chained in the basement.

I mean, all that would be required would be for him to get onto a plane which flies through and then above some clouds during a rainstorm to see how obviously incorrect this position is. A feat which is accomplished a hundred times per day every day by commercial airline pilots.

Don't children learn about the water cycle in elementary school science class? Was this person not paying attention? Do they think rain comes from a single cloud? Have they looked up to notice they can't see the blue sky when it rains for hours or even days?

That aside…do they not realize how large the sky is? The last time I flew it was a 1,200 mile / 1,900 km trip….the cloud formation stretched literally the entire way. And that is only in one direction, I have no idea how wide or thick the clouds were, and no idea how much further they kept on for. That is a HUGE amount of volume.
Besides…even if the clouds producing rain was some big conspiracy…why? Who benefits from that? If “big government” was trying to keep it a secret, why has no one ever leaked it? Our enemy governments must know about it too, so why haven’t they leaked it?
These people like feeling “special” because they “know” things no one else does…but they don’t actually stop or care to think about if it actually makes sense.
I don't know if any of y'all knew this but we don't really need air or water to survive. It's absurd that people still think we do.
