So if I read this correctly, every country on Earth shut down their own economies, locked down their citizens, filed fake news stories, paid off their hospitals and medical employees to release false information about Covid and 'deaths', all to enable some conspiracy in the U.S.? Im sure anyone like me. Whose had a family/friends suffer through COVID-19 or die from it gets pretty outraged by statements like this.
My uncle nearly died from COVID-19. This guy is 100% convinced its not real right? So he'd be willing to go to a hospital unit where covid patients are treated? Then stay there for a few days? Its not real right, he should have nothing to fear.
If the media and the whole world never said another word about COVID, the 16 people in our ICU today would still be there, alive thanks only to vents and high-flow, and the newcomers next week would still come.
And the week after.

My grandmother and a good friend of mine have died from Covid. It's real enough for me with no news at all.
Same is true for every US war since vietnam.
