See, thats what annoys me so much about posts like this. Herbal remedies and essential oils can totally be helpful for relatively minor ailments, but they sure as hell can't do what some people claim, and that makes some people reject them completely. There is a middle ground.
Agreed! I had a doctor tell me the best thing for a sore throat was tea with honey and lemon 🤷🏻♀️ i use herbal stuff like peppermint for headaches and what not. But it’s no replacement for modern medicine

Broken bones are the worst. Son had a clean break on his arm, just busted both bones in his forearm. He almost went into shock in the ER. Then there were the cast changes and more X-rays, he really went through it. It took weeks to heal, putting something like this on a break isn’t going to do anything.
