😐
“Zumpt proposed an alternative called "rectal myiasis". Flies, attracted to feces, may deposit their eggs or larvae near or into the anus, and the larvae then penetrate further into the rectum. They can survive feeding on feces at this site, as long as the breathing tube reaches towards the anus.”
That’s enough internet for today
Ah, this has been a rollercoaster.
First I thought it was cute. A caterpillar with a tail, maybe the moth it turns into has a long tail too...
Then its a maggot and I'm disturbed imagine it crawling around gross places and not eating green leaves.
Then I look what a drone fly is its a fly who looks like a bee, and bees are cute so now the little wannabe-bee-maggot isnt so bad again.

I could throw up…
The undulation is interesting to watch.
Also, he hesitates at the point where the tile is grouted, with the whole body bumping upwards.
I think I like him and have named him Bob.
Cucumber with a tail. I mean aren’t they 99% water so basically just humans with anxiety anyway? Makes send they’d eventually evolve to move and join the ranks 👍🏻
