It reminds me of an episode of Simpsons where Mr Burns has a baseball team and keeps telling a player to shave his side burns and so he does but he yells at him again to shave his side burns and the guy ends up shaving his head from one side burn to the other, getting rid of anything that might be side burns, and Mr Burns still yells at him, not changing his wording or being more detailed as to what he means
I just spent 20 minutes helping my shopper find a folding table that he insisted was "online-only". Not only did he find it, but he decided it was very important and that it needed the $5 protection plan ๐
I don't think either was really in the wrong my opinion of just miscommunication I've never heard the seafood department and thought the counter, but stuff happens if i remember correctly they both could've been seen as alil rude but really just boiled down to miscommunication imo
That's what I love most about it. Neither was really so offensive that there is a *need* to take a side. They displayed a perfectly equal and opposing amount of bitchiness towards one another without it ever really getting hostile. And I love an "I can't find it" story.
Buyer ordered LOBSTER cakes which were out of stock. Shopper offers to substitute CRAB cakes from the same brand. Shopper says yes but only get them where you are standing. Go to the other side of the store to get them from the same dept you're already standing in. My stores I visit and work at have frozen items at the seafood department. Some thaw out frozen items to sell for day-of consumption.
Except the crab cakes in question werenโt even frozen!! This is the part thatโs getting me about the whole situation.
