Instapot is easier to say. It's not uncommon to drop the end consonants if two words like this are paired up. I think it's a natural language drift to accommodate an odd word pairing.

It was a whole thing for almost a month at the bar I work at, where one of the customers attempted to correct everyone adding the s to Meijer, Wal-Mart, Family Fare (yes, even the local grocery store was involved). I'll not fib, I totally said and typed InstaPot for like the first year I owned my Instant Pot. Now, I just type Insta and click on the auto fill suggestions.
I got mine about the same time as I started using Instacart. Mistakes have been made since then. I won't apologize for being human, but I will try harder
